TEAMS ARE ACCEPTED IN THE ORDER PAYMENT IS RECEIVED, TOURNAMENTS WILL SELL OUT BEFORE THE PAYMENT DEADLINE ON MOST OCCASSIONS. LAST DAY TO DROP IS SUNDAY 5pm PRIOR TO THE TOURNAMENT.

If we have enough teams we will play the 2 Pool games and divide the bracket into DIAMOND, GOLD, AND SILVER brackets based off pool seeding. 8 TEAM MIN TO SPLIT BRACKETS into a Diamond or Gold Bracket. With 10 teams we will add a SILVER bracket.

Refund Policy:
Teams withdrawing from an event 7 days prior to the start date of an event will receive a 100% credit.
Teams withdrawing 6 or fewer days prior to an event, for any reason, are not eligible to receive a refund or credit.
Paid teams in divisions that do not make will receive a 100% credit.
If an event is canceled due to weather, teams will be eligible for the following credit:
-0- games started 100% credit
-1- the game started 50% credit
-2- games started 0% crediit
Online Payment Fee:
When paying with a credit card or debit card there will be a 4% processing fee. This fee is not refundable and not able to be applied as a credit. The processing fee is a convenience fee paid to the credit card processor. You can mail or drop off a check to avoid this fee. Please call the office when you mail your check, and we will confirm your entry. Do not leave a voicemail or email this information. You must contact us directly.
Request Refund:
All credit transfers and refunds must be initiated by the customer by completing either the transfer form or the refund form.
All refunds will have a $50 administrative fee applied.
- No RV’s or trailers of any kind in the park (ex. Box trailer, utility trailer, cargo trailer). It is within city ordinance for these vehicles to be ticketed now, so please stress to your teams on NO trailers or RV’s.
- No seeds, shelled nuts, or gum at the park.
- No metal spike cleats. Only molded cleats or turf shoes.
- No cameras, phones, GoPros, or any other technical equipment hanging on, tied to, or otherwise attached to the backstop netting.
- Teams or patrons at the park cannot bring a grill or any heated cooking surface to cook on in our park or parking lot. No unapproved fires on park premises allowed, this includes fire pits and grills.
