We are PLAYER FOCUSED and work hard every day for the betterment of the Greatest Game!
We provide players, coaches, and their fans high quality venues, and well managed tournaments
(& facilities) through our Championship Events in hopes of drawing the best competition!
PLAY BALL!!! We run this recreational All Star tournament for Coppell Baseball Association (CBA) and Flower Mound Youth Sports Association (FMYSA) on an annual basis to promote the GREATEST GAME!
EVENT ELIGIBILITY:
PLEASE NOTE: This tournament is designed for the true baseball recreational All-Star team. League sanctioned All-Star teams, or league sanctioned Premier/Advanced Rec teams ONLY!
No club teams, or independent teams, or select teams allowed. No select players allowed, period! This includes players who have been actively guest playing on a select roster (NCS, USSSA, Triple Crown, 24 Sports, PAC Sports, etc.) during the current season.
REGISTRATION PRIORITY: NEW THIS SUMMER
CBA & FMYSA desire to give priority in the registration process to other city league baseball associations that participate in DFW Interlock (www.dfwinterlock.com) and/or TEBA (www.dfwteba.com) (“Priority Associations”). In order to achieve this on the NCS registration platform, all teams will initially go on the waitlist and the tournament director will move teams from Waitlist to Confirmed status manually based on the following criteria:
- Priority Association teams will have registration priority from May 6th - May 10th. On May 10th at 9am, registration will then be opened up to all other Recreational teams.
- During the priority window, each Priority Association will be allowed 1 Premier team and 1 Rec All-Star team (this restriction does not apply to host city teams).
- Before opening registration up to all other teams, the tournament director will move all additional Priority Association teams that are on the Waitlist to Confirmed status to the extent space is available.
- Registration Fee must be paid within 24 hours of getting moved from the Waitlist to the Registered List.
REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
To receive the Team Sanction Fee Discount: Enter this Promo Code: RECTX24 at check out! The discounted fee for ALL STAR teams is: $25. You pay this fee one time to NCS to become sanctioned. Make sure when you build your team you classify your team as REC.
Again this season, all registration will go through PlayNCS.com. Coaches will be required to pay a one time $25 sanction fee (discounted from the $80 fee) in addition to the tournament registration fee for their division. Multiple local association All-Star tournaments are using the PlayNCS.com platform so the one-time $25 fee will cover the other tournaments as well. Your age/division may sell out prior to the payment deadline, in fact they usually do. The number of available spots in a division may fluctuate depending on the needs of all divisions that share the same field size. KC&BO does not accept checks. If you need to pay by cash, the deadlines still apply and you will need to make arrangements with us to drop off a cash payment. Please Note: our events typically sellout EARLY, ESPECIALLY THE ALL STAR EVENT, so don't delay, pay early to secure your spot! PLEASE NOTE THE REGISTRATION PRIOROTY GUIDELINES & PLEASE NOTE 24 HOUR PAYMENT REQUIREMENT TO CONFIRM YOUR SPOT ONCE PLACED IN THE TOURNAMENT. Absolute last day to pay to get in is 5/31/24.
