6U will be on full turf. Field 8(Miracle league field)

7-9U normal grass infield 

10U on full turf (field 3)

12U infield turf/grass outfield (field 9)

Parking for field 9 will be off white chapel road near the water tower . There is a bathroom in the building by the field. Fan seating is limited and has zero shade. 

Parking for field 8 is by the playground  

No gum or seeds allowed on fields 3/8/9. 

Due to construction, access to fields 8&9 are not accessible by a direct walking path from the 1-4 complex. 


Players are allowed to sub ONE time for a select team during this current 2024 Spring season.




PITCHING LIMITS 

We will use NCS pitching limits for 9-12U.


SCORING 

5 run max per half inning 6-12U

Pool games can end in a tie  

Bracket games follow modified California tie breaker if needed 


Run Rules 

15 after 3

11 after 4

6 after 5



GENERAL INFO


No metal spikes allowed 

No slashing at any level  

Outside coolers allowed

Dugout water coolers are NOT provided

Game balls are NOT provided 

No pets please  

No games will be played under protest. Umpires and TD decisions are final. 

No forfeits. If a team forfeits a game to assist with their seeding, they will not be allowed to participate in bracket play. 




6U

60 minutes or 6 innings in both pool and bracket. 

5 pitches from the mound. 

One from the tee if needed. If missed or fouled off the tee the batter is declared out. 

Pitcher can tag the batter. 




A Batted Ball 
That strikes the coach pitcher is a dead ball and is treated as a foul ball (strike) and a counted pitch for the batter. 

No need for ball to reach grass. 

When hitting from the tee, the ball must pass the grass cutout or deemed by the umpire to be in play in the event there is no grass infield, to be a fair ball in play. 

Hitting from the tee may result in at most a 2 base hit. Baserunners may advance a max of 2 bases. 


Game Play On overthrows, baserunners may advance one base at their own risk. Limit of one overthrow per play (play stops after runner(s) advance 1 base at their own risk). 


Play stops when ball crosses base path from throw-ins from the outfield and in control of the defense. At this point, the umpire shall call TIME. Trailing runners may not advance when the lead runner has broken full stride. 


Play stoppage is at umpire’s discretion and is not subject to appeal.



7/8U 

75 minutes or 6 innings pool and bracket play. 

6 pitches or 3 swings. 

No strikeout on foul ball. 

Unlimited bases on overthrows. 

Pitcher can tag the batter. 


Intentional walks are allowed at 6-8U but a player may only be walked once per game. 



One balk warning per pitcher at 9&10U


One balk warning per team at 12U


Balks will follow NFHS rules
