NCS will schedule your 1 pool play game on Friday around an MLB spring training this day.
Requests must be made by Feb 15 to accommodate these requests.

NO Stay to Play
As a NON stay to play tournament you DO NOT have to stay at our hotels but encourage you to since we have set up special deals for you. Find more information in our lodging tab on our hotels.

Equipment
Bownet Official League Baseballs. Each team supplies two new baseballs and one used baseball per game; baseballs returned after the game.

Event Format
4-Game Bracket
Teams will play three Pool Play games split between Friday and Saturday (be ready to play as early as 8 a.m. on both days). All teams will advance to Sunday for single elimination playoff. Sunday games will conclude by 8 p.m.
All teams should be available for Sunday play. Teams planning flights should not book anything until late Sunday or Monday.

NCS Divisions of Play (D1 or D2)
Division 1: This is our most competitive division which includes “Select / Elite” teams and is also open to any team that wants to compete at a high level.

Division 2: When you see Division 2 (or D2) OR (D3) after the age group that indicates a bracket designed for teams that are not yet ready to compete with top teams. Division 2 is similar to the second-tier divisions you see in national sanctioning organizations.

Wood Bats only 14U-18U Divisions

Composite wood is ok!

There are no refunds for any reason inside of 30 days before an event. Make sure youre 100% committed to the event before signing up. Too many teams back out too close to event dates and it affects other teams lloking to play a lot of teams. We also have to redo schedules which makes it hard on our staff and umpire crews expecting work.
