THIS IS THE NATURE OF TRAVEL BALL AND TEAMS MUST BE PREPARED TO PLAY WITHIN 45 MINUTES OF THE VENUE LOCATION LISTED ONLINE. WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO KEEP THE VENUE LOCATIONS UP TO DATE, BUT SOMETIMES CIRCUMSTANCES OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTROL DICTATE ADDING OR CHANGING A VENUE.

- 9u-14u - 1:25 Pool, 1:30 Bracket

TOURNAMENT FORMAT:
3-4 Game Guarantee
Saturday: 2 Pool Games
Sunday: Single or Double Elimination Bracket Games (NO IF GAME for Double Elimination Brackets)
POOL &/OR BRACKET GAMES:
Finish the Inning, No Drop-Dead Time. No new inning after the complete time limit has expired or the 6-7 inning max
All teams must be available and ready to play at any time from Saturday at 8:00am to Sunday at 10:00 pm.
All games must start at their scheduled times unless otherwise approved by one of the tournament directors.
Teams should be ready to play 15 minutes prior to game scheduled time.
Game Clock starts at the conclusion of the plate meeting.
PRIZES & AWARDS:
Division Champions: 12 Championship Rings
Division Finalist: 12 Silver Rings
MVP Award for the Most Valuable Player of the Tournament for each team in the championship game. One player from each team in the championship game will be chosen by the opposing coach as the MVP.
VENUE RESTRICTIONS:
No Metal Cleats or Metal Spikes are allowed on portable pitching mounds and/or any turf surfaces.
No Food &/or Drinks of any kind are allowed on any turf playing field, turf playing dugouts, and turf portable pitching mounds
ALL TEAMS MUST SUBMIT PAYMENT, UPDATE ONLINE PLAYER ROSTERS, AND UPLOAD TEAM INSURANCE:

REFUNDS/CREDITS/CANCELLATION OF EVENT:
We do not issue refunds after payment is made. Only credits to future events will be applied as listed below. Credits CAN carry over to a new season.
In the event of rain/weather or any act of God cancelling the entire tournament, teams will be issued a credit towards a future event.
In the event of rain cancelling a tournament already in progress, a team may receive partial credit based on the amount of games played. 1 game started - half credit, 2 games started - NO Credit
In the event of a paid team cancelling prior to tournament, the team will receive a credit toward another event as long as they cancel by Monday at noon prior to the event or their division doesn't make.
If a team drops after the schedule is released, they will not receive a credit and will be a charged an admin fee before entry into another event is allowed.
TIE GAMES:
Pool Play: TIE stands.
Bracket Play & Championship Games: Loaded bases with the last 3 batters and 1 out, batter’s count 0-0.
MERCY RUN RULES IN ALL DIVISIONS:
15 runs after 3 complete innings of play.
10 runs after 4 complete innings of play.
8 runs after 5 complete innings of play.
HOME TEAM:
Coin Flip in all Pool Play games.
Single Elimination Bracket Play Games:
High Seed chooses (Home/Visitor) in all Single Elimination Bracket Play Games INCLUDING the Championship Game.
Double Elimination Bracket Play Games:
High Seed chooses (Home/Visitor) in all Double Elimination Bracket Play games EXCEPT the Championship Game.
The undefeated team chooses (Home/Visitor) in the Championship Game. No "IF" game in Double Elimination Bracket.
