6u: FREE Umpires + $30.00 per game (PAP) 1hr or 6 innings

7u/8u: $100.00 + Umpires- $35.00 per game (PAP) 1hr 15min or 6 innings

9u/10u: $100.00 + Umpires- $50.00 per game (PAP) 1hr 35min or 6 innings

11u/12u: $150.00 + Umpires- $50.00 per game (PAP) 1hr 35min or 6 innings

13u/14u: $200.00 + Umpires $60.00 per game (PAP) 1hr 45min 

HS: $200.00 + Umpires $60.00 per game (PAP) 1hr 50min

  • Broken wristbands will not be honored to re-enter park.
  • 3 Coaches per Team and Uniformed Players enter for free.

TOURNAMENT FORMAT:

  • 3 Game Guarantee
  • Saturday: 2 Pool Games 
  • Sunday:  Single Elimination Bracket Games 
  • DIAMOND & GOLD Brackets on Divisions with 8+ Teams.

POOL &/OR BRACKET GAMES:

  • Finish the Inning, No Drop-Dead Time. 
  • DIAMOND & GOLD Brackets on Divisions with 8+ Teams.
  • All teams must be available and ready to play at any time from Friday at 5:00 pm to Sunday at 10:00 pm.
  • All games must start at their scheduled times unless otherwise approved by one of the tournament directors.
  • Teams should be ready to play 15 minutes prior to game scheduled time.
  • Game Clock starts at the conclusion of the plate meeting. 
  • Games must go the complete time limit, unless 6-7 innings or run ruled.

GAME BALLS PROVIDED:

  • We provide up to 3 NCS game balls per game.
  • We ask coaches to have their players and fans help retrieve the foul balls to keep the game going without any delays.
  • Once the NCS game balls are exhausted, lost or not returned, teams must provide their own game balls.
  • If foul balls don't come back, Coaches will need to start providing their own game balls to replace the 3 NCS game balls and to finish up the game. 
  • Coaches, please help us retrieve the foul balls to keep the game going without any delays.

Rules:

We play exclusively by the central region rules listed on the playNCS.com website


VENUE RESTRICTIONS:

  • No Metal Cleats or Metal Spikes are allowed on portable pitching mounds and/or any turf surfaces.
  • No Food &/or Drinks of any kind are allowed on any turf playing field, turf playing dugouts, and turf portable pitching mounds.
  • No Smoking, Smokeless/Chewing Tobacco, and/or Cigarettes/E-Cigarettes are allowed in any of the tournament parks and/or venues.  
  • No Outside Food &/Or Drinks are allowed into the tournament venues.
  • No Ice Chests are allowed into the tournament venues.
  • As much as we would like to allow it, we have tried to do so in the past and it has gotten out of hand.  However, players are allowed to take one personal jug or container in with them.  Must be the player bringing in the personal container and not the parent.

FOOD & DRINKS:

  • No outside food, drink, or coolers permitted in park premises.
  • No Sunflower seeds or peanuts allowed

PETS:

  • Pets allowed into the venues but need to be on a leash

ALL TEAMS MUST BE REGISTERED, SUBMIT PAYMENT, UPDATE ONLINE PLAYER ROSTERS, AND UPLOAD TEAM INSURANCE:

  • Be registered and sanction their teams with NCS for the current season.
  • Submit Entry Fee Payment in Full by No Later than Monday prior to the event date.  All NCS Events are Pay First/Play First.
  • Please Complete and Update Online Player Roster. All coaches are responsible for filling out an online player roster.  Rosters are available until Friday at 11:59 PM. Please submit your rosters as soon as possible. Players that do not appear online by the cutoff are not eligible to play!
  • Please Upload and Submit a Copy of Team Insurance Policy. If you did not buy your policy through National Championship Sports, you must add NCS (entity below) as an additionally insured. You can do this free of charge by contacting your insurance provider. All insurance needs to be uploaded online. We are NOT accepting insurance at the event.

CANCELATION OF EVENT:

  • In the event of rain/weather or any act of God canceling the entire tournament, teams will be issued a credit towards a future NCS Texas Premier Tournament.
  • In the event of rain canceling a tournament already in progress, a team may receive partial credit based on the amount of games played.
  • In the event of a paid team canceling prior to tournament, the team will receive credit towards the future NCS Texas Premier Tournament.
  • All deposits and payments are final. No Refunds, Only Credit for a future NCS Texas Premier Tournament

NO PITCHING COUNT LIMITS:

  • This Tournament DOES NOT Have Any Pitch Count Limitations.

NO METAL CLEATS ALLOWED:

  • No metal cleats in teams 12u and under.
  • No metal cleats on portable turf mounds.
  • No metal cleats on any turf fields &/or surfaces.

MODIFIED Rule 6.01 BATTING RULE:


All teams (4U-18U) may elect to bat the following in a lineup:

  • Straight 9 with a least 1 substitute 
  • 9 with a DH with at least 1 substitute
  • 10 with an EH with at least 1 substitute
  • Entire rostered players present at the field (entire lineup)

OFFICIAL LINE-UP/SCORECARD:

  • An OFFICIAL LINE-UP/SCORECARD must be filled out and turned into Home Plate Umpire at or before Home Plate meeting before the beginning of each game. 
  • All players participating in the game must be entered on the OFFICIAL LINE-UP/SCORECARD to be eligible to participate in the game. 
  • Any player arriving after the start of a game must be listed on the OFFICIAL LINE-UP/SCORECARD that was turned in to the umpires prior to the start of the game. 
  • Late players may be added to the OFFICIAL LINE-UP/SCORECARD at any time during the course of the game. However, they must be added before they are eligible to play.
  • All players on OFFICIAL LINE-UP/SCORECARD must be active online to be eligible to play.
  • PENALTY (For Player Not On The Official Line-Up/ScoreCard):
  • BATTING:  The player will be called out and must be added to The Official Line-Up/ScoreCard as a substitute.
  • DEFENSE: No penalty and must be added to The Official Line-Up/ScoreCard as a substitute.

ORGANIZATIONAL PROTECTION:

  • No two teams from the same organization will match-up in their first bracket playoff game unless the game is affected by a bye.

POOL PLAY PROTECTION:

  • Director reserves the right to enact pool protection at their discretion. If two teams have previously matched up in pool play, lower seeds may be switched to provide teams with new opponents for the first round of bracket play.

TIE GAMES:

  • Pool Play: TIE stands.
  • Bracket Play & Championship Games:  Loaded bases with the last 3 batters and 1 out, batter’s count 0-0.

MERCY RUN RULES IN ALL DIVISIONS:

  • 15 runs after 3 complete innings of play.
  • 10 runs after 4 complete innings of play.
  • 8 runs after 5 complete innings of play.

BAT WEIGHT LIMITATIONS:

  • All Wood and/or Non-Wood Bats stamped with any of the following:
    (BBCOR .50), (USSSA 1.15 BPF), (USA Baseball).
  • 4u-12u: (No weight restrictions)
  • 13u: (No bats lighter than -5 max)
  • 14u-18u: (No bats lighter than -3 max/BBCOR ONLY)

HOME TEAM:

  • Coin Flip in all Pool Play games.
  • Single Elimination Bracket Play Games:
  • High Seed chooses (Home/Visitor) in all Single Elimination Bracket Play Games INCLUDING the Championship Game.
  • Double Elimination Bracket Play Games:
    • High Seed chooses (Home/Visitor) in all Double Elimination Bracket Play games EXCEPT the Championship Game.
    • The undefeated team chooses (Home/Visitor) in the Championship Game. Coin-flip for any “IF” Games. 

(4u-6u) T-BALL/COACH PITCH MODIFIED, (7u-8u) COACH PITCH/KID PITCH RULES. NCS CENTRAL REGIONAL BASEBALL RULES APPLIES WITH THE FOLLOWING MODIFICATIONS:

  • Teams DO NOT need to bat roster.
  • Teams can play with 8 players. 
  • Only the 9th player will be called out. 
  • The 10th player is not called out.

BEHAVIOR AT THE EVENTS:

  • NCS has a zero-tolerance policy towards disrespectful and adverse behavior. Any fan, parent, player &/or coach will be ejected from the event for adverse behavior towards anyone in general.
