14u Division Format:
All teams will play 2 pool games and then all teams go into the Gold Bracket.
Losers of games 1-4 will drop into the Silver division (listed under the consolation tab)
8:00am Loser of Gm 1 vs Loser of Gm2
10:15am Loser of Gm 3 vs Loser of Gm 4
12:30pm Winners of the 1st 2 games in consolation

NORTHWEST REGION RULES WITH A FEW MODIFICATIONS:
Slash Bunts - Not allowed in ages 09U-13U. Penalty for slash bunt will result in an out & head coach ejection. No contact with the ball is required for an out to be called. 14U may use slash bunt on 60/90 field only.
Rule 3.03 NCS Bracket Seeding Procedure

Pitching Mound Visits
Visits will remain 2 per inning, with a second visit to the same pitcher in the same inning resulting in a pitching change.
Bat limitations
All bats must be marked 1.15bpf, BBCOR or USA stamped
10U-12U no weight restriction
13U no bats lighter than (-8)
(Penalty: prior to the first pitch the bat will be removed from the game. Once a pitch has been thrown to the batter with the illegal bat, the batter is out. Once the next batter receives a pitch, the previous batter that used the illegal bat cannot be protested.)
Time Limits:
9u-12u No new inning after 1:45 (Finish the inning that was started)
13u-18u No new inning after 1:50 (Finish the inning that was started)
Run Rule:
12 after 3 innings
10 after 4 innings
8 after 5 innings
Be ready to play at least 15 minutes prior to your start time - This is in effect for all games except the 1st one of the day.
Metal spiked cleats are allowed in 13U,14u,and 16u only
No metal cleats on portable mounds

1. Submit Entry Fee in Full
2. Please Complete Player Roster online. Please add all your players to the online roster.
3. Please Buy or Submit a copy of your Team Insurance Policy. If you did not buy your policy through National Championship Sports you must add NCS (entity below) as an additionally insured. You can do this free of charge by contacting your insurance provider. All insurance needs to be uploaded online. We are NOT accepting insurance at the event.
4. If insurance is not uploaded to your team page there will be a $30 fee that needs to be paid before your 1st game of the weekend. This will cover your team for the weekend.

NFHS rules will be followed with the following modifications

Online Rosters and Insurance must be uploaded online prior to event. NO ROSTER, NO INSURANCE, NO PLAY !!!
All coaches are responsible to fill out an online roster.
Players that are not on an online or paper roster are not eligible to play!
Please don’t forget to fill out a Player Roster.
PLAYER AGE ELIGIBILITY:
All Baseball Tournaments age divisions up to 18U will use the May 1 age cutoff date. To determine your team's age, determine your oldest player's age as of April 30th. Player participating in a given division cannot turn the next age before May 1st of the current season. Example: Player in 10U division cannot turn 11 before May 1st of the current season or he is too old for that division and must play in the 11U division. Players may play up (no more than two age divisions) but not down in age.
All Coaches must have proof of players age with them at all times incase of a protest
A Player may play in 2 different age groups (ex:11u Player can play in 11u and up in 12u / a 12u player cannot play down in 11u)
If a player plays in 2 differnt divisions they may only pitch in 1 division

When are our rosters locked and what do I do if a parents forgets/neglects to sign the waiver prior to the cutoff?
Online Rosters are available until 12 midnight the night before the tournament. Please submit your online rosters as soon as possible. We are trying to do away with the paper rosters and there will be a point when we won't take them anymore. Please help us with this matter. Players that are not on an online or paper roster are not eligible to play!
All coaches are responsible to fill out an online or paper roster with all the player’s information prior to the first game.
Online rosters are frozen the night before tournament at 12 midnight.
Paper Rosters are the last option to add any players but must be done before the first game of the tournament.
You may stop by the registration table to fill one out.
In not doing so, could result in having illegal or ineligible players and/or forfeit of games.

Behavior at the events
NCS has a zero tolerance policy towards disrespectful and adverse behavior. Any fan, parent, player or coach will be ejected from the event for adverse behavior towards a tournament official or umpire.
