TEAM BINDER CHECKLIST

Please bring a complete team binder containing:

✓ Copies of all player birth certificates

✓ A clear picture of each player attached to that player's birth certificate copy

✓ A printed copy of your official player roster

✓ Stay-to-Play verification with a minimum of six (6) hotel confirmation numbers

✓ Proof that team insurance has been uploaded and approved online

FEES, IF APPLICABLE

• Stay-to-Play Buyout Fee: $1,000

• No Insurance Buyout Fee: $50

ONLINE ROSTER DEADLINE

All players must be uploaded to your online roster by:

SUNDAY, JULY 12, 2026, AT 11:59 PM

Rosters will be frozen immediately following the Coaches Meeting and Check-In on Tuesday, July 14, 2026. Once rosters are frozen, NO additional players will be allowed to be added.

COACH REQUIREMENTS

All coaches who will be on the field or in the dugout must:

✓ Complete the required background check

✓ Be officially listed as a coach on the NCS website

Coaches who have not completed the background check or are not listed on the team's online coaching staff will not be permitted on the field or in the dugout.

IMPORTANT: TEAM BINDER MUST REMAIN WITH THE TEAM AT ALL TIMES

Your complete team binder must remain with your team and be readily available AT ALL TIMES throughout the entire event.

In the event of a roster protest, age verification request, or any other situation requiring player documentation, the complete binder must be presented immediately upon request.

Please make sure your binder is complete, organized, and ready before arriving at Coach Check-In.
