8U Playing rules

A) (5) run max per inning, open inning in the 6th inning. 

B) A runner starting a play at 3rd base may ONLY advance home on a batted ball or when forced home by a walk, hit batter, or another force play.

C) A runner may NOT score on an over throw from any base. Third base is the max you can advance on a poor throw from any base!

D) No stealing home, including passed balls. 

E) No Leadoffs

F) No dropped third strikes

G) No Balks

H) No Drop third strike rule.

I) No leadoffs, runners can steal a base after a pitch crosses home plate.

J) Run Rule: 15 after 4
