NCS South Coast World Series – Session 1 Itinerary
All activities will begin on Wednesday, June 18, 2025.
Wednesday, June 18
• 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Team Check-In, Skills Competitions & Pin Trading
• 12:15 PM – 11:00 PM: Pool Play Games
Thursday, June 19
• 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM: Bracket Play Begins
Friday, June 20
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM: Bracket & Championship Games

Coach Checklist & Team Check In:
1. Update your NCS roster to include only the players who will be participating in this event.
2. Print your official NCS roster (only list the players attending the event).
3. Put together a team binder with a copy of each player's birth certificate and your official printed NCS roster.
4. Player fee is $100 per player. We’ll accept cash, Cash App, or credit card. No checks, please.
5. Make sure your team insurance is uploaded and verified on your NCS account. If not, there will be a $50 No Insurance Fee due at check-in.

Skills Competition Rules
🔁 Infield Around the Horn

Each team gets two (2) attempts
-
The pitcher starts from the mound and throws to the catcher
-
The timer starts when the pitcher releases the ball
-
The catcher must step on home plate, then throw to 2nd base
-
The 2nd baseman must step on second base, then throw to 1st base
-
The 1st baseman must step on first base, then throw to 3rd base
-
The 3rd baseman must step on third base, then throw to the shortstop
-
The shortstop must step on second base, then throw to the catcher
-
The timer stops once the catcher receives the ball and steps on home plate
-
Up to six (6) players per team may participate
🏃♂️ Team Base Running Relay

Each team gets two (2) attempts
-
Teams consist of four (4) players:
-
2 at home plate
-
2 at second base
-
-
No leadoffs allowed
Relay Format:
-
Runner 1 starts from home plate → runs to second base
-
Runner 2 (waiting behind second base) takes off after Runner 1 touches the base and crosses in front
-
Runner 2 runs home → passes in front of Runner 3 at home
-
Runner 3 takes off → cycle repeats
-
Timer stops when Runner 4 touches home plate
-
Runners must start behind the base or in the right-handed batter's box
-
Leaving early results in a 5-second penalty
-
All races will take place on a regulation baseball field
⚡ Fastest Man

Each contestant starts at home plate with their lead foot on the plate
-
Time begins on the official’s signal
-
Contestants will run a full lap around the bases, finishing by touching home plate
-
The timer stops once the runner crosses home plate
-
Each contestant gets one (1) attempt
