📣 NCS South Coast World Series – Session 1 Itinerary

All activities will begin on Wednesday, June 18, 2025.

🗓 Wednesday, June 18
• 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Team Check-In, Skills Competitions & Pin Trading
• 12:15 PM – 11:00 PM: Pool Play Games

🗓 Thursday, June 19

• 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM: Bracket Play Begins

🗓 Friday, June 20
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM: Bracket & Championship Games

Coach Checklist & Team Check In:

    1. Update your NCS roster to include only the players who will be participating in this event.
    2. Print your official NCS roster (only list the players attending the event).
    3. Put together a team binder with a copy of each player's birth certificate and your official printed NCS roster.
    4. Player fee is $100 per player. We’ll accept cash, Cash App, or credit card. No checks, please.
    5. Make sure your team insurance is uploaded and verified on your NCS account. If not, there will be a $50 No Insurance Fee due at check-in.

    Unfortunately we cannot accommodate any game time request for this event.

    Note: If you are making flight arrangements please plan on flying in day before opening day & for the end of the event please plan on flying out the day after championships.

    5 Game Guarantee
    2 pool play games into 3GG double elimination

    $100.00 per player on the team roster ( Due at team check-in)

    Baseballs
    We are providing up to 3 new baseballs per game.
    Once these new baseballs are exhausted, lost or
    not returned teams must provide backups.
    Unfortunately, we cannot supply an
    endless number of baseballs.
