NCS South Coast World Series – Session 1 Itinerary

All activities will begin on Wednesday, June 18, 2025.

Wednesday, June 18

• 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Team Check-In, Skills Competitions & Pin Trading

• 12:15 PM – 11:00 PM: Pool Play Games

Thursday, June 19

• 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM: Bracket Play Begins

Friday, June 20

• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM: Bracket & Championship Games

Coach Checklist & Team Check In:

1. Update your NCS roster to include only the players who will be participating in this event.

2. Print your official NCS roster (only list the players attending the event).

3. Put together a team binder with a copy of each player's birth certificate and your official printed NCS roster.

4. Player fee is $100 per player. We’ll accept cash, Cash App, or credit card. No checks, please.

5. Make sure your team insurance is uploaded and verified on your NCS account. If not, there will be a $50 No Insurance Fee due at check-in.

PAY AT THE PLATE:

Entry fee does not include World Series umpire fees. All teams must pay umpire fees at the home plate coaches meeting prior to the beginning of each scheduled game.

5U-6U: $30.00 per game, per team

7U-8U: $40.00 per game, per team

9U-12U: $55.00 per game, per team

13U-18U: $70.00 per game, per team
