Chishom Trail MAY-HEM

Come play at the 1st annual Chisholm Trail MAY-HEM. The entry fee is $150. This will be a 5GG (3 seeded into a double elimination bracket).. Please pay as soon as possible to secure your sport. We will have a limited number of spots. Payment can be made by Venmo (Nicanor-Ruiz-1) or CashApp ($Krazykimbo03).

*Each team will be given three (3) coaches' wristbands and one (1) Team cooler wristband*

10u & 12u divisions ONLY (8 teams max per division)

*Teams will be required to have their roster listed online. Roster will freeze by Midnight Friday March 28. No write-in rosters will be accepted. Team insurance must be loaded on NCS website. If your team does not have NCS insurance, your team will need to pay an additional $30 per NCS insurance policy*

*Pay at the Plate Fees:

$40 Pool/$50 Bracket for 8U-14U

Be ready to start 15 mins before posted gametime (unless otherwise notified)

*Pool Games (SEEDED)

No new inning  can start w/less 5 mins left in the game 

- (3) 55 minutes, Finish the Inning 10U-12U

-Lineup Card required

- Pool games can end in a tie

- Run rule: 12, 10, 8, 6 after 2, 3, 4, 5

*Bracket

Coin Flip for home except in Championship game; Home Team will be from the winner's bracket

- 60 minutes, finish the inning for 10U-12U

- Double Elimination bracket 

- Lineup Card required

- Run rule: 12, 10, 8, 6 after 2, 3, 4, 5

- ITB: runner at 2nd and 3rd, 1 out (Repeat till winner)

NO IF GAME in Chamionship game.

- A courtesy runner for pitchers and catchers is a sub; If no subs, you cannot courtesy runner for pitchers and catchers.

-Team must be ready to play 15-20 minutes prior to the scheduled game time.  We will start games early if we can.

**The Tournament Director has the right to change the format to make sure the tournament is completed on time.  If the tournament format is changed and reaches completion, there are no refunds.

Concessions will be on site.  No coolers or outside food and drinks are allowed. Water jugs/bottles are allowed for all athletes.

No pets are allowed in the complex per city ordinance.

1st Place & 2nd Place teams will be awarded RINGS!
