I have your squad marked paid and accepted, you will be in the schedule.

Please start looking at rosters and make sure they are up-to-date on your team page. Look at your insurance and make sure it's uploaded and APPROVED on your NCS team page. 99% of the time if you're insurance isn't approved it's due to not having NCS added as an additional insured. Call your provider and ask them to add NCS as an additional insured then upload to your team page.

Onsite directors will have candy to hand out Saturday. Teams are encouraged to bring candy. We will send teams from team camp to team camp Trick-Or-Treating Saturday afternoon.

Halloween contest is Saturday afternoon. Players can wear costumes but numbers must be visible. If the team does not want to play in costumes they can change into them Saturday afternoon and stop by the Onsite TDs table to be judged. 1st and 2nd place NCS Halloween medals for 1st and 2nd place in each age division.

College Camp will run 630pm-930pm at the Red Oak Sports complex. 14u and HS will shut down early enough to attend camp. Walk ups can register Saturday

If we have enough teams we will play the 2 Pool games and divide the bracket into DIAMOND, GOLD, AND SILVER brackets based off pool seeding. 8 TEAM MIN TO SPLIT BRACKETS into a Diamond or Gold Bracket. With 12 teams we will add a SILVER bracket.

We have multiple facilities in RED OAK, Corsicana, Midlothian, Cedar Hill, and surrounding areas to accommodate 60+ teams. Venues can and will change due to number of teams, weather, ect. Be prepared to play within 45 miles of RED OAK. Venue assignments will be announced a week prior to the tournament
