40 AAA Division

  • 2 Pool Play Games → 3-Game Guaranteed Bracket
  • All teams advance to Sunday
  • 40 AAA gets 5 HRs


40 Major Division

  • 3 Pool Play Games → Double-Elimination Bracket
  • All teams advance to Sunday
  • Major gets 8 HRs


Run Spotting Policy

  

  • A & B Plumbing will spot runs to 50 AAA teams (if true AAA)
  • 5 run spot 
  • Run spotting is mandatory — cannot be declined
  • Runs are awarded at start of game, not per inning
  • 3 pool play games into a double elimination bracket
  • 6 HRs in 50’s


 Flip-Flop Rule (Senior Divisions – NCS)


If the home team is trailing by 10 or more runs going into the open inning (the last inning of a timed game):

•The home team flips and becomes the visiting team, batting first in the open inning.

•The visiting team flips and becomes the home team, batting last if needed.


Extra Innings / International Tie Breaker Rule


Last batted out starts at 2B / You may use a courtesy runner… 



Please have your team ready to play 15 mins early… As games can start early if a run rule… 


Game Length

  • Pool Play: 45 minutes + open inning
  • Bracket Play: 60 minutes + open inning
  • Championship: 65 minutes or 7 innings (whichever comes first)


Team Hopping Rule

  • ❌ Players cannot play in two 40 divisions
    • Example: 40 Major + 40 AAA = Not Allowed

  • ✅ Players may play in both 50’s and 40’s, but:
    • Games will not be delayed for schedule conflicts
    • Have a sub ready if your teams play back-to-back on different fields

Balls Allowed

  • Any Dudley up to 44/525
  • Any Onyx no higher than 44/375
  • ⚠️ We are officially sold out of balls
  • Elite/Onyx will be on-site for purchases

We’re excited to have your team compete! Please review the important information below to ensure a smooth and successful tournament experience.


Roster Requirements

All teams must complete their roster online at www.playNCS.comprior to playing in the tournament.


To complete your roster:

1.Log in to your Team Manager account at www.playNCS.com.


2.Click “Profile” and enter your login credentials.

3.From the Team Manager Menu, select your current-year team and click “Edit Roster.”

4.Enter each player’s legal first and last name (as shown on a driver’s license).

•Do not use middle names, nicknames, initials, or suffixes (Jr., II, etc.).

5.Enter a valid email address for each player.


Important:

Players must check their email and accept the NCS invitation to officially join your team.

If they do not receive the email, they can log in at www.playNCS.com, create a profile, and accept the invite directly from their account — as long as they use the same email you sent the invite to.


Paying for Tournaments Online

To make a payment:

1.Log in to your account at www.playNCS.com.

2.Click “Profile”, then “Manage Team.”

3.Select the desired event and click the payment link.

4.Choose “Select” and proceed with your deposit or full payment.
