Hi Coaches & Players,
We’re excited to share that over 85 teams are currently registered for Winter Worlds.
This message serves as a formal operational notice regarding payment deadlines, roster compliance, and on-site player verification. Please read carefully. All policies below will be strictly enforced with no exceptions.
Winter Worlds – Key Deadlines
- Payment Deadline: January 10, 2026
- Roster Lock Date: January 10, 2026
- No roster additions or changes after this date unless formally submitted and approved by JP Morgan - jp.morgan.aws@gmail.com.
Roster Compliance & Player Ratings
- Coaches may submit no-fee roster checks on other teams January 11 – January 21 using credible documentation:
- Association profiles
- Official player photos
- Ratings history
- Submit all materials to: JP.morgan.aws@gmail.com
Mid-Tournament Roster Checks
- $100 fee to stop a game (refunded if the challenge is accurate)
- Roster check must include credible supporting documentation.
- If a player is found illegal, the game will be forfeited
- Do not lose a championship due to illegal players—this has happened and will be enforced
Coach Responsibility
- Coaches are fully responsible for ensuring all rosters are legal and compliant with NCS rules.
Improper Ratings
- If a player is determined to be improperly rated:
- The rating will be adjusted by NCS
- If the adjustment places the team outside division eligibility:
- Coaches may remove the player or move the team up a division prior to the tournament
- If an ineligible (misrated) player is
discovered during the tournament,
that player will be immediately removed
from the roster and tournament.

Player Check-In & Wristbands
- All players must check in with a valid, physical driver’s license or passport
- No screenshots
- No paper certificates
- All players and coaches will be wristbanded and must be visible at all times during the
game
- Directors, Staff & Umpires will make the call at any time that it is noticed during an active the game. Any player may request to the umpire "wristband check" of batter or runner - Game does not stop it is simple check - if refused umpire will declare an out. - Wristbands must be worn for the entire tournament
- Any player ON THE SCORECARD found in a game without a wristband will be:
- Declared an out
- Removed from the game and substituted - if no eligible substitution is available then an out will be declared for the remainder of the game.
- If a player is discovered not listed on the official SCORECARD roster, the game will be forfeited
- No exceptions
BAT CHECK - ALL BAT CHECKS WILL BE DONE ON FRIDAY 8AM - 4PM (MAX 3 BATS PER PLAYER) AT PALOMA COMMUNITY PARK OR SATURDAY AT DESERT WEST - 8AM - 10AM (MAX 2 BATS PER PLAYER) - ALL BATS TESTED WILL BE STICKERED WITH NCS
Scorecards, Uniforms & Identification
- Scorecards must be completed before each game
- All players must:
- Wear team-matching uniforms
- Have a unique jersey number
- If team jerseys are needed, contact:

- Players must be clearly identifiable and accurately listed on the scorecard
No player may take the field unless they are:
- In a proper team-matching jersey with a unique number
- On the official roster
- Properly checked in
- Wearing a valid wristband
- Listed on the scorecard
These measures are in place to protect competitive balance and deliver a consistent, professional championship experience for all teams. Your cooperation is expected and appreciated.
