🥎 NCS Women’s 40 & Over Open Division

 Guidelines

🕒 Game Format

            •  3 Game Guarantee

            •   60-Minute Game Times + Open Inning

            •   Mercy Rule: 15 runs after 5 innings

🧍 Player Eligibility

            •    All players must be 40 years of age or older.

            •   Exception: Each team may roster up to two players who are 38 or 39 years old.

⚖️ Division Philosophy

            •   This division is designed to promote fun, fairness, and sportsmanship.

            •   This is not a win-at-all-costs format.

            •     Poor conduct, aggressive behavior, or unsportsmanlike play will result in ejection or disqualification.

            •     All teams are expected to uphold a positive and respectful environment on and off the field.

🧢 Competitive Balance

            •   Open Roster Format: Teams may include players from varying skill levels.

            •     Home Run Limit: 4 per game — additional over-the-fence home runs will be recorded as outs.

            •   To ensure a quality tournament, teams of different competitive levels may be placed in the same bracket if needed.

            •    In such cases, the lower-rated team may receive a run spot (5–7 runs per game) at the discretion of the tournament director.
