 Flip-Flop Rule (Senior Divisions – NCS)

If the home team is trailing by 12 or more runs going into the open inning (the last inning of a timed game):

•The home team flips and becomes the visiting team, batting first in the open inning.

•The visiting team flips and becomes the home team, batting last if needed.

Extra Innings / International Tie Breaker Rule

Last batted out starts at 2B / You may use a courtesy runner… 

Please have your team ready to play 15 mins early… As games can start early if a run rule… 

Team Hopping Rule

• ❌ Players cannot play in two 40 divisions
  
• Example: 40 Major + 40 AAA = Not Allowed
• 
  
• ✅ Players may play in both 50’s and 40’s, but:
  
• Games will not be delayed for schedule conflicts
• Have a sub ready if your teams play back-to-back on different fields

Roster Requirements

All teams must complete their roster online at www.playNCS.comprior to playing in the tournament.

To complete your roster:

2.Click “Profile” and enter your login credentials.

3.From the Team Manager Menu, select your current-year team and click “Edit Roster.”

4.Enter each player’s legal first and last name (as shown on a driver’s license).

•Do not use middle names, nicknames, initials, or suffixes (Jr., II, etc.).

5.Enter a valid email address for each player.

Important:

Players must check their email and accept the NCS invitation to officially join your team.

If they do not receive the email, they can log in at www.playNCS.com, create a profile, and accept the invite directly from their account — as long as they use the same email you sent the invite to.

Paying for Tournaments Online

To make a payment:

2.Click “Profile”, then “Manage Team.”

3.Select the desired event and click the payment link.

4.Choose “Select” and proceed with your deposit or full payment.
