NCS POLICY-your team is responsible for full payment

If your roster has pending, it’s OK for this tournament because the website is not sending to some players the email to accept… so as long as you’re on the roster even if it’s just pending, you’re OK I could check your ranking that way…

●No new inning after 50 minutes

●Please have your team ready to play 15 minutes early

●Games may start early if the previous game ends early due to a run rule

PITCHING

●Pitch height: 4–10 feet

●Strike zone

MEN’S COURTESY RUNNERS

●1 courtesy runner per inning- no rabbits 

●Pitcher gets unlimited courtesy runners- no rabbit 

COED COURTESY RUNNERS

●1 courtesy runner per gender, per inning- no rabbit 

●Pitcher gets unlimited courtesy runners- no rabbit 

COED LINEUP RULES

If a female pitches a guy must catch 

●At least 1 lady must play in the infield

●At least 1 lady must play in the outfield

●If you bat 5 guys, you must bat at least 5 ladies

●If you bat 6 guys, you must bat at least 6 ladies

●You may always bat more ladies than guys

●You may never bat more guys than ladies

RUN RULE

●20 runs after 3 innings

●15 runs after 4 innings

●10 runs after 5 innings

EXTRA INNINGS — INTERNATIONAL TIEBREAKER

●The last batted out starts at 2nd base

●A courtesy runner may be used

BAT RULE

All bats must have a 220 OR 240 thumbprint/stamp.

TEAM HOME RUN LIMIT

●5 home runs per team

PITCHING RULES

●Pitch height: 6–12 feet from the ground

●Pitcher may pitch from up to 8 feet behind the rubber

●6–12-foot mat

●NO JUKING in Senior divisions

COURTESY RUNNERS

●3 courtesy runners per inning

●NO rabbits

FLIP-FLOP RULE

If the home team is trailing by 10 or more runs going into the Open Inning:

●The home team flips to visitor and bats first.

●The visiting team flips to home and bats last, if needed.

POOL PLAY DOES NOT USE THE FLIP-FLOP RULE — FOR SEEDING PURPOSES.

RUN RULE

●15 runs after 5 innings

The game does not need to reach the Open Inning for the Run Rule to take effect.

SENIORS- onyx balls only and u may hit the Boom+ balls too
