** Also we do not need negative covid test from all players we just need 1 total per team, so coach please bring a copy to turn in with us, all players and fans need to fill out  covid survey.

If you don't have one bring a copy of Vaccination card.

With covid overseas shipping is way behind, so balls are limited, We should have enough to supply 3 per team and only a few to sell.

Also games may start early as 7:00am and last games on Saturday can be as late as 11pm-11:45

Sunday all games should be finished by 6:00pm

Bring your own Dudley balls, NO 47 core or Stadiums!

Seniors/40 & Overs can also use the Senior Rock ball!

COVID-19 PROTOCOLS. STRICT, ZERO TOLERANCE ENFORCEMENT WILL BE IN PLACE.

Please have your team manager or on field coach provide a negative Covid-19 test result before your 1st game when checking in. Not per player JUST 1 TOTAL!!

Each team will receive 25 wristbands. These will be for players, coaches and spectators. 25 is the max per team. Additional spectators can view games from outside the OF fence at AG & RR. Social distancing (6 ft apart) and masks worn at all times will be strictly enforced. Any not complying will be asked to leave the complex. Refusal to comply will result in offending person's team forfeiture of game. ( While playing on Defense or batting no mask required) Some teams may not need al lwrist bands so we may have extra 

Each team participating is required to fill in this form for all participants (players, coaches, spectators) who will have a wristband. This must be turned in at check in 30 minutes prior to first game before wristbands can be provided. COVID 19 SURVEY

Any players and coaches actually on the field of play may be without facemask. Anyone else either in dugout or outside dugout must wear masks at all times.

No shared equipment. 

Maximum 6 players in dugout at one time. Additional players must stand down the line outside dugout or sit in bleachers. All players/coaches not on field of play must wear masks all times.

 There will be 20- 30 minutes breaks between games. Teams not playing may not enter the complexes at all until previous games have completed, and teams have cleared the dugout and complex. 

No team meetings on the field upon completion of game. Quickly pack up, clear dugout and leave complex to allow the next team time to come in and warm up. 

No shelled, chewing gum, ice chests, or metal cleats allowed, (NO SPITTING!)

Coaches, please check your team in 30 minutes before first game of weekend to collect wristbands. Other spectators and players may not enter complex unless they have wristband, and have had temperature check.
