Welcome to the Oklahoma Showdown III

Thank you for playing NCS Senior Softball.

1st Place- 15 Rings, Championship Belt, 12 Custom Jerseys, 12 Bats, MVP Custom Glove

2nd Place- 15 Rings, 12 Tourney Jerseys, 3 Bats, MVP Award

3rd Place- $100 Off Super Regional in August {must use for that tourney}

DEADLINE MAY 20TH

Entry MUST BE PAID before your first game (NO exceptions)

Entry-$525 (Please pay separately from balls)

Balls by the dozen only- $75 44/525s will be at the park

Pre-Pay- $70 before tourney (no refunds)

Game Play Rules

Pool Play/Bracket Game timed games 50min plus buffet

Championship game/60Min plus buffet

We do not start a new inning if clock shows less than 1 min.

1 and 1 No courtesy

3 Pinch Runners Per Inning. Pinch runner cannot be ran for or subbed for any reason

Same pinch runner can run multiple times in the same inning

Home runs- AA 3HRS       AAA 5HRS   An out after the limit

Equalizers-

Runs Per Inning- 5 Runs Per Inning

Pitch Height 6ft-10ft

Balls Allowed- 44 core Dudley or Tattoos Only

Pitcher Screens will be provided, however, it is good practice to bring your own in case mine are damaged 

Pitcher rules not using the screen, pitcher must wear protective head gear, pitcher may pitch up to 6ft behind front rubber. There is zero pump faking or deception of any kind. no middle rule

Pitcher using screen- Pitcher must toe the front rubber, screen must be touching the rubber. pitcher cannot field ground balls or line drives. pitchers can field popups even after a popup hits the ground. If a pitcher touches a grounder or line drive, it is a dead ball, batter goes to 1st and all runners advance.

Players must hustle on and off the field

Pitchers and Batters must keep pace of play

Only the coach should dispute calls with the ump

Rule disputes- Coach may ask umpire to call director to verify a rule

Major Plus- Bring your best players

Major- E/D/C 3 B+/Maj Plus Bumps

AAA- E/D 3 C/Major Bumps ZERO Maj Plus / B+

AA- Mainly E  ZERO C/Maj Players allowed

Players must be 40+ or 39 and turning 40 in 2023

Rosters must be complete online and zero write-ins allowed day of tourney

Fighting/Threats to our staff or Umps will result in ejection of game and possibly the event

Ties- Last out on 2nd, start 5 run inning, start inning with 1 out

Protest- $100 and if successful the funds will be refunded.
