Pitch rules

If protection net is out on field if batter goes up the middle and hit the screen it is a strike pitcher can not play ball is dead and base runners as well will not be able to advance.

If no screen is being used the pitcher must wear a pitchers helmet for protection first ball up middle in between the pitching lane for Rec or League will be a warning anything after that is an out.

For Divisions 2,3 same rules apply if net is being used 

if no net pitcher must wear a pitching helmet every time ball is hit up middle within pitchers pitch lane it is an out if hit up middle multiple times coach is ejected anytime after that game will be forfeited.

IN ANY DIVISION IF UMP DEEMS BATTER IS HITTING MIDDLE INTENTIONALLY THEY WILL BE EJECTED FROM LEAGUE PLAY AND OR TOURNAMENT PLAY.

pitch will be no lower than 5ft off ground with arch and no higher then 10ft 

No attempting to fake out batter with pumping arm action no fast or flat pitches

pitcher may pitch up to 5ft behind the rubber

pitch count will start 1ball 1strike with only one curtesy foul ball

NO stealing allowed 

2 Pinch runners per inning. Can be same runner can not be subbed for any reason

Flip Flop rule after 10 runs after 5th inning

Division 1

Rec and League Teams Only 1 homerun allowed

NO E,D,C,B BUMBS IF CAUGHT WILL GET KICKED

Rec and League Team 1HR band all other Homeruns in league will be outs in Tournament play it will end the inning

Division 2 

E,D Teams Only

3 - C BUMBS MAX

C PLAYER = 2 RUNS SPOT PER C PLAYER TOTAL OF 6 RUNS SPOTTED

3 HRS FOR TEAM  WITH 2 BANDED PLAYERS ANY NON BANDED PLAYERS HIT ANOTHER HR AFTER 3 IT WILL BE AN OUT.

DIVISION 3 

OPEN BRING YOUR BEST PLAYERS 

SAME RULES APPLY AS WELL AS PITCH RULES FOR DIVISION 2

7 HRS ALLOWED AND 2 BANDED PLAYERS ANYTHING AFTER THE 7HRS FOR NON BANDED PLAYERS IS AN OUT.

Division 1 

If no screen any ball pop up in 5ft diameter can be caught if ball is hit up middle in between the pitchers lane and pitcher attempts to field it other then a line drive that is directly towards him in lane it is a dead ball and all runners advance and batter gets first base.

Division 2,3 only 

pitching screens are optional 

4x7ft portable screen

Pitchers can only field pop-ups 

line drives or ground balls CANNOT be touch by pitcher. If they do it is a dead ball all runners advance and hitter goes to first. Screens must be provided by teams.
