Hispanic Worlds - CHASE THE RINGS - Show your Pride!

In an effort to prevent teams from signing up without full certainty of having enough players,

NCS/All World charges deposits for special events. This procedure will not only protect NCS but will also protect those teams that are ready to play but have to take a forfeit due to teams no-showing. We have found that teams are more likely to be serious about showing up when they put down a deposit upfront / have “skin-in-the-game” versus teams that sign up with no deposit with the “hopes” of getting enough players. Thanks for your understanding and we’ll see you at the fields.

2-4 Game Guarantee - Most likely play 1 pool play for seeding followed by Double elimination or  Double Elim Bracket may be used for larger divisions / or 4GG Pool Play depends on final team counts 

Men's E  is Sat Only event 3gg  $425

Mens Rec  is Sat Only event 3gg $425

Men's 40 & Overs is a 2 day event 4gg $525 2 pool play with Double Elim Brackets 

COED E  Sunday Only event 3GG $425 

COED Rec Sunday Only event 3GG $425 

Absolutely no alcohol or smoking is permitted in the Sports Park or any adjacent parking facility.

We’re excited to have your team compete! Please review the important information below to ensure a smooth and successful tournament experience.

Roster Requirements

All teams must complete their roster online at www.playNCS.com prior to playing in the tournament.

To complete your roster:

1.Log in to your Team Manager account at www.playNCS.com.

2.Click “Profile” and enter your login credentials.

3.From the Team Manager Menu, select your current-year team and click “Edit Roster.”

4.Enter each player’s legal first and last name (as shown on a driver’s license).

•Do not use middle names, nicknames, initials, or suffixes (Jr., II, etc.).

5.Enter a valid email address for each player.

Important:

Players must check their email and accept the NCS invitation to officially join your team.

If they do not receive the email, they can log in at www.playNCS.com, create a profile, and accept the invite directly from their account — as long as they use the same email you sent the invite to.

Paying for Tournaments Online

To make a payment:

1.Log in to your account at www.playNCS.com.

2.Click “Profile”, then “Manage Team.”

3.Select the desired event and click the payment link.

4.Choose “Select” and proceed with your deposit or full payment.
