We are extremely excited for another great year and can't wait for you and your team to join us at this amazing tournament event in Las Vegas, NV.

Eligibility Rules 

ROSTER: Because on-line roster may show approved -This just means you have at least 10 people added

This Does Not Mean Your Team Is Legal - You still have to follow our rankings system!

A team can consist of any mix of eligible players. A retired Athlete may play for the state they are currently living in, working in, or the state in which they retired from. Proof of retirement may be provided when playing for a state you currently do not reside or work in.


Roster Composition: 

 First Responder:  Athletes that are Active and Retired First Responders along with Dependents (18 and over) not included in the above descriptions for Police or Fire. Paramedics, Rescue, and EMT personnel assigned to fire stations, emergency response facilities, and hospitals that provide onsite assistance to an emergency such as an accident, natural disaster, or terrorist attack. All Players must have a valid State or Federal Picture ID on hand identifying themselves as a First Responder and proof of residency. All documents must be on hand during competition. ID cards with an expired date will not be allowed to compete.


 Fire:  Athletes that are Active and Retired Firefighters along with Dependents (18 and over). Volunteers are eligible to play with a department heads written endorsement. Requests for volunteers must be submitted no later than the Monday prior to an event. Contact information from the Department Head must be with the written (Email) request. Fire includes Firefighters serving at the City, County, State, and Federal level and includes Urban and Suburban Structural Firefighter, Wildland Firefighters, Aircraft Firefighters, Shipboard Firefighters, Industrial Firefighters, Contract Firefighters and any person certified as a Firefighter serving in a city, county, state, or federal position. All Players must have a valid State or Federal Picture ID on hand identifying themselves as Firefighter and proof of residency. All documents must be on hand during competition. ID cards with an expired date will not be allowed to compete.


Police:  Athletes that are Active and Retired Police Officers along with Dependents (18 and over).  Volunteers are eligible to play with a department heads written endorsement. Requests for volunteers must be submitted no later than the Monday prior to an event. Contact information from the Department Head must be with the written (Email) request. The Term Police includes Officers at all levels of government employment from city/county to state and federal officers and special agents along with correctional officers, probation officers, and parole officers. All Players must have a valid State or Federal Picture ID that identifies them as “Police” and proof of residency. All documents must be on hand during competition. ID cards with an expired date will not be allowed to compete.


 Department of Justice (DOJ):  Athletes that are currently employed or retired from DOJ along with Dependents (18 and over).  For example (but not limited to) the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco Firearms and Explosives (ATF), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Federal Bureau of Prisons, National Security Division, Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Forces, and U.S. Marshals Service.  DOJ employees must provide valid DOJ identification along with State or Federal Picture ID and proof of residency. All documents must be on hand during competition. ID cards with an expired date will not be allowed to compete.


 Department of Homeland Security (DHS):  Athletes that are currently employed by or retired from the DHS along with Dependents (18 and over). For example (but not limited to) the US Coast Guard (DD214 Holders with Honorable Discharge), Border Patrol, US Secret Service, US Immigrations and Customs Enforcement, and the Federal Emergency Management Agency. DHS employees must provide valid DHS identification along with State or Federal Picture ID and proof of residency. All documents must be on hand during competition. ID cards with an expired date will not be allowed to compete.


 Department of Defense (DoD):  Athletes that are Active Duty, Dependents (18 and over), Reserves, National Guard, Retired, ROTC, DoD Civilians, DoD Contractors, players that possess a DD214 with an honorable discharge, Department of Defense Contractors must possess a Department of Defense Identification card or a common access card (CAC) with a green color bar and computer chip to participate. All Players must have a valid DoD Identification card or DD214 with State or Federal Picture ID along and proof of residency. All documents must be on hand during competition. ID cards with an expired date will not be allowed to compete. Armed Forces Athletes with a General Under Honorable Discharge may be eligible to participate with approved waiver from AFSL Headquarters. A written request for exception must be provided no later than 14 days prior to the event.


Basic NCS adult program rules will be used with the following exceptions.

MEN'S B (NO A or HIGHER RATED PLAYERS PERIOD)

Roster may include athletes from the state where the team is originating from or any neighboring state.

Teams can also have 3 players from any state as long as they don’t hold anything higher than a (D) tag from any of the major softball associations

HOMERUNS ALLOWED  

 Women's - 4 / Men's D - 4 / Men’s B Division – 8 / Men’s  A Division – 12 

ALL HOMERUNS HIT OVER THE FENCE THAT ARE OVER THE ALLOTTED AMOUNT FOR THE DIVISION ARE COUNTED AS OUTS!
