LIMITED SPACE EVENT
During this time of the year, we lose a lot of the fields to other sports. So if you plan on attending, I strongly suggest you secure your spot ASAP with a deposit.
All teams must be prepared to play at locations ranging from Santa Barbara to Goleta, starting at 8 AM on Saturday, February 28th. Please note that these locations may expand if the size of the event increases.
We anticipate releasing field allocations by the Monday before the event, and we will do our best to keep divisions together in one location. Game times will be announced on Wednesday, the week of the event, around 7 PM. The final opportunity for teams to sign up will be before the release of the schedule. Teams wishing to request early game times can do so by texting or calling 805-705-1556.

STANDARD NCS RULES AND POLICIES
Sportsmanship is Key with NCS
• Park Admission: Most events have per person CASH ONLY gate fee. Please be prepared to pay before entry into the park. Anyone entering without paying the gate fee will subject their team to forfeiture from the event. Each team is allowed free entry for the manager, two coaches, and all rostered players participating that day.
• No Smoking or Vaping or Chewing Tobacco: Smoking, vaping, and chewing of any kind is strictly prohibited at all NCS events. If necessary, please exit the park and move away from children before engaging in these activities.
• Prohibited Items at parks with Turf Fields: Sunflower seed and chewing gum are not allowed at any facility with artificial turf. Violations by coaches, players, or spectators will result in a game forfeiture, immediate removal from the facility, and possible suspension. These rules are non-negotiable as they are essential to maintaining our field access.
• Music Policy: Loud music is not permitted at any venue. Walk-up and warm-up music must be kept at a low volume to avoid disrupting nearby fields. If asked by a tournament official to turn down or off the music, you must comply.
• No BBQs or Propane Heaters: BBQs and propane heaters are not permitted at any venue unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Rosters: Coaches are responsible for ensuring that team rosters are complete and that each player is approved online by a parent or guardian prior to the first game. Any player not approved may be required to sit out until proper approval is obtained.
• Insurance Requirements: Coaches must upload a valid team insurance certificate to the team portal. If insurance was not purchased through NCS, your provider must issue a certificate naming NCS as an additional insured. The certificate must be uploaded to your team portal.
