Due to the amount of schedule requests we are receiving from teams on a weekly basis any schedule requests submitted may be subject to an admin fee. We have been trying to hold off from implementing this policy, but scheduling has become increasingly difficult due to schedule requests being demanded and expected in such high volume.

Schedule requests are still not 100% guaranteed. You will be given a time frame that we believe we can meet, not exact times, and if we cannot meet the timeframe that we proposed the admin fee will be refunded.
