Teams must be registered with NCS and submit roster and team insurance. (Must be approved prior to the event)

Game Balls provided 3 new balls for the Game.

Payment must be sent, in order to solidify their spot.

Adults (18-64 Years Old) - $7.00

Senior, Military, Youth (6-18 Years Old) - $5.00

Tourney Details:

Pool Play Games: 80min DD
No warm ups on fields before or in between games! Warm up before your games "offline" 
Please hustle - there will be only enough time for dugout exchange, coin flip and field prep between each game!

1. Home team which is determined by coin flip will be the official scorekeeper in all tournament games
2. The Team listed 1st is awarded the 3rd Base dugout unless already occupied. (Bracket Play Only)
3. Pre-game conference and coin flip between managers and umpires will take place 5 minutes prior to the start of the game.
4. No organized infield practice before games.. Teams may warm up beyond the baselines or in foul territory while infield is being prepared. No live batting is allowed inside the complex at any time. Do not hit balls of any kind into fences. Batting nets are allowed.
5. ALWAYS check the schedule for last minute time, field, opponent or location changes! This is the Managers responsibility!
6. All tournament games will be played via the NFHS/PGF rule book
7. Bracket Games - Line Ups will be 9 batters. Teams can use a Flex/DP. Courtesy runners for Pitcher/Catcher must come from the bench. 
8. Time begins after the pre-game conference. Time limit could change in case of tournament interruptions. All teams should be prepared to start their game 30 minutes early. In case of time constraints, certain game times can be reduced when the tournament is behind schedule.
9. Run Rule = 10 runs after 4 innings, 8 runs after 5 innings.
10. Ejections - Any individual, Manager, Coach, Player or Spectator who is ejected from a game must sit out the next game! NO Exceptions!!! Plan accordingly!
11. Team Manager/Head Coach may consult with umpires ONLY! Assistant Coaches, players and spectators are to keep out of the discussion!
12. Winner by Record and runs scored should teams have the same amount of wins and loses. 
13. Minimum of 10 teams per age group required. This event will be held at one location.
14. Bracket Games: 90 min (Finish the inning) - Championship Game - 2 Umpires 
15. Awards for 14 players to a team

1st place teams in each age group will receive $1,000!  

14U - 18U Awards: 

1st place Teams may receive a $1,000 check or $1,000 credit to be used towards Next NCS Central CA event. (10 teams minimum, per division) 

2nd place Teams may receive a $500 check or $500 credit to be used towards Next NCS Central CA event. (10 teams minimum, per division) 

1st and 2nd place teams will receive team awards.

All teams are encouraged to carry their own 1st Aid Kit with them throughout the event.

No pets, skates, skate boards, scooters, laser pointers or remote controlled toys of any kind!

Unsportsman-like conduct will not be tolerated! This includes everyone! Mangers, Coaches & Spectators!

Anyone using abusive language or behavior will be ejected from the park! A repeat offense could lead to a suspension from NCS Events.

All NCS Softball Facilities are NO Smoking complexes on youth days. (includes vaping) 

Please refrain from giving our staff a hard time! They are simply doing their jobs and should be treated with respect and how you would want to be treated!
