2025 Central Texas Monster Mash (4GG)

This tournament is a 4 Game Guarantee!  All games played at the beautiful Crossroads Park in Temple, TX!

CTYSA Annual Monster Mash Tournament - Costume Contest for teams with prizes for winners for best team costumes!  Lot's of fun for the girls!

Tournament Format:

2 non-seeded pool games into double elimination bracket.

Entry Fee Payments:

$150.00

Payment deadline is October 20th.  Entry fee can be paid with Venmo= @CTYSA-Softball, Paypal= @CTYSA, or Cash App= $BarryLAnsley.  Make sure to note your team name and age division when sending payment.

Online Roster and Team Insurance:

Teams will be required to have their roster listed online.  No write-in rosters will be accepted.  Players can not play on multiple teams during the tournament.  Teams will also be required to have team insurance uploaded online.  

*Pay at the Plate Fees:

$45 Pool / $50 Bracket 

*Pool Games

- 60 minute, finish the batter

5 runs per half inning

*Bracket

- 75 minute, finish the inning

- Double Elimination bracket 

- DP/FLEX and 1 EH is allowed in the same line-up

- Unlimited runs per half 

- Run rule: 12, 10, 8 after 3, 4, 5

- ITB: runner at 2nd and 3rd, 1 out

- Courtesy runner for pitchers and catchers MUST be a sub. If you do not have a sub, you do not have a courtesy runner.

-Teams must be ready to play 20 minutes prior to scheduled game time.  We will start games early if we can.

-Blind draw for bracket position at Coaches Check-In.

*Gate Fee:

$15 Daily / $20 Weekend Pass

12 yrs old and younger - FREE

*Tournament Director has the right to change the format to make sure the tournament is completed on time.

*Concessions on site.  No coolers or outside food and drinks are allowed in the complex.

*No pets are allowed in the complex per city ordinance.

*Awards:

1st Place & 2nd Place teams will be awarded RINGS (15)!

*Rain-Out Information:

0 games played = full refund minus $10 admin fee

1 game played = 50% refund

2 games played = 25% refund

3 or more games played = NO refund

**A game started is a game played

*No refunds for dropping on or after Wednesday, October 18th.
