Lake Park Tournament

Coaches this is a 4-game guaranteed tournament. 2 pool games going into a double elimination bracket. Blind draw, you will not play anyone from pool games in 1st round of bracket.

Refunds on rain outs after schedule is out. $25 processing fee applied.

2 games played 50% refund

3 games played 25% refund.

4 games played no refund. 

Cancelling after tournament schedule is posted NO REFUNDS

IF tournament cancels before tournament is played due to rain or any other issues 100% refund

if game has started it will be considered a played game.

Weather delays during tournament could change to single elimination tournament.

Age groups that have 5 teams or less, will move it to a round robin format with no awards given out.

PROTEST: 

***All protest must be directed to the home plate umpire, not the tournament director. Protest for an "illegal/ ineligible player" must be presented in real time and carry $100 protest fee*** Protested players must have a hard copy birth certificate on site to prove eligibility. If no birth certificate is provided, the player is deemed ineligible/illegal and is removed from the game/tournament.

Progressive ITB: 1st inning runner on 2nd, 2nd inning runners on 2nd and 3rd with 1 out, 3 inning bases loaded 2 outs.

INSURANCE: Must be purchased thru NCS before games are played. $40 insurance cost if the tournament buys insurance for you. Must have insurance by Tues. of the tournament.

AWARDS: 

1st and 2nd place rings and team trophy. 1 MVP award for each team in the finals. Coaches' choice on player. 

Entry fee is $675.00 with no gate fees and no pay at the plate.
