Teams can secure their spot early and avoid being moved to the waitlist by completing the following:

Minimum of 8 players on the roster

Confirmed teams will be visible to all and marked with a ✔ check mark next to their name.

Teams are confirmed in the order payment is received (based on Venmo/CashApp timestamp). Please note that tournaments will often sell out before the payment deadline.

The NCS system will continue to allow teams to enter until the set number of CONFIRMED teams for the division is reached. If your team is moved to the waitlist, you will receive an email notification.

STRICTLY ENFORCED POLICIES:

NO outside food, drinks, or personal coolers
NO alcohol or tobacco anywhere on site
NO firearms or weapons of ANY KIND on the field of play (including dugouts)
NO shelled nuts of any kind

These policies are strictly enforced by Directors, NCS Fastpitch, and facility staff.

TOURNAMENT FORMAT

2 non-seeded pool games → Double Elimination Bracket
Awards given to Top 2 teams in each age division
Max of 13 awards per team

GAME FORMAT DETAILS

POOL PLAY

60 minutes, finish the batter, games can end in a TIE
5 runs per half inning
Run Rule: 10/3, 8/4, 6/5
CAN BAT THE LINEUP
$50 PAP

BRACKET PLAY

70 minutes, finish the inning, MUST HAVE A WINNER
ITB (International Tie Breaker):

1st ITB: Last out placed on 2nd, 1 out, no count
Consecutive ITBs: Last 2 outs placed on 2nd & 3rd, 2 outs, no count

Run Rule: 10/3, 8/4, 6/5

MVP & CHAMPIONSHIP AWARDS

Championship MVP glove & bat awards apply to Top Tier Bracket Champion & Finalist MVP(s) ONLY
Awards will only be issued if the division has a minimum of 10 teams

Champion MVP:

Choice of custom glove OR bat

Finalist MVP:

Receives whichever item the Champion MVP does not select

Important Bat Award Info:

Bats will NOT be distributed on-site
They will be custom ordered and mailed based on player specifications
MVP players receiving a bat must remain after the tournament to provide:

Mailing address
Bat size and type preferences

Failure to provide this information may result in them not receiving the award. Tournament Directors will not track down recipients for this information.

MVPs are selected by the championship game umpire crew.

WEATHER POLICY

Weather delays may occur due to lightning or severe conditions. The Tournament Director reserves the right to adjust the format at any time to stay on schedule or complete the event.

Weather Cancellation Credits:

0 games started: 100% credit
1 game started: 50% credit
2 games started: No credit
A game started = a game played

REFUND / CREDIT POLICY (Effective January 1, 2026)

No refunds issued — credits only for future PlayBall Elite Sports events

Withdrawal Timeline:

By Sunday before event: 100% credit
After Sunday – before Monday 12 PM: 50% credit
After Monday 12 PM: No credit
Divisions that do not make: 100% credit

Credits may only be used toward another PlayBall Elite Sports Event

GATE FEES

Adults: $15/day OR $20/weekend
Kids under 12: FREE
