INSURANCE & SANCTIONING

All participating teams are required to:

✓ Maintain valid team insurance

✓ Upload proof of insurance through the NCS platform

✓ Be properly sanctioned with NCS for the current season

Teams without existing insurance may purchase NCS insurance during the registration process.

COMMITMENT MATTERS

Spots are limited and many events reach capacity.

Schedules, divisions, and game formats are built around committed teams. Because of this, a team's spot is only considered secured once payment has been received.

Register early to reserve your place and avoid being placed on a waitlist.

We offer convenient payment options for participating teams:

To ensure fair competition and compliance with sanctioning requirements:

NO ROSTER. NO INSURANCE. NO SANCTION. NO PLAY.

All players must appear on an official roster and all team requirements must be completed before participation.

NO PAY-AT-THE-FIELD POLICY

To ensure accurate scheduling and event planning:

• No Cash Payments

• No Pay-at-the-Plate Fees

• No Day-of-Event Payments

All entry fees must be paid prior to schedule release.
