TEAMS WILL BE APPROVED IN THE ORDER PAYMENTS ARE RECIEVED. 

$650 entry fee covers entry, umpires, umpire lodging, field maintenance, and awards.

14 individual rings, championship banner, invite to Spring championship in April with a discount in championship bracket. Consolation bracket will get 14 tiny rings and banner.

Balls will be provided.

No gate fee.

8u-12u Pool: 75-minute finish the inning 1 pool into seeding 

HS Pool: 75-minute finish the inning 1 pool into seeding. 

4GG 1 pool 3GG bracket. If you lose first bracket game, you fall into a DE consolation bracket. If you win first bracket game, you go up into the DE Champion Bracket. 

NCS playing rules with modifications. In HS division no step back for pitchers. 

Pool Games: 75-minute finish the inning. 6 runs per half inning plus any extra runs batted in with the 6th run. Run rule 12 after 3, 10 after 4, 8 after 5

Bracket games: 90-minute finish the inning. No run limit. Run rule 12 after 3, 10 after 4, 8 after 5.

Championship Game in Champion Bracket: 5 innings. Run rule 12 after 3, 10 after 4, 8 after 5. No if game in any championship.

ITB rules apply for tied games after the time limit. 

Flip for home team in pool/ high seed home team in bracket, Undefeated team is home in championship game.

Pool play you can bat entire roster

Bracket games bat 10 with an EP or 11 with DP/Flex. 8u limit of 11.

No infield warm up after the first inning

Warm up pitches 5 first inning 3 pitches each inning after.

No refunds after brackets are posted.

Rain policy full refund if no games played. Partial refunds per games played. $50 dollars per game not played.

Home team will be official book. 

Protest cost is $50 if protest won you are refunded.
