12U TEXAS BLOWOUT Tournament

This is a legitimate 5 game guarantee tournament! All teams will play 4 pool games and then we will break everyone up into 3 brackets for single elimination!

Schedule:
Friday – October 2 – Optional Friday Pool games for Teams that want to play
Saturday – October 3 – Pool Games
Sunday – October 4 – Bracket Games

12 All Turf Fields:
4 Turf Fields at Allen Station in Allen, TX
4 Turf Fields at Allen Spirit in Allen, TX
4 Turf Fields at Old Celina Park in Celina, TX

Cost:
$650 but NO Pay at the Plate for Umpires! 
We also provide softballs for the games to umpires! 
Best Softball Facilities in Dallas! 

Game Rules:
5 Game Guarantee (4 Pool Games to a Single Elimination Bracket)
No 8am Games!
Game balls provided to umpires for both teams to use!
No PAP. Umpires are paid by tournament director.
Tournament schedule set atleast 2 weeks before the event!
Constant communication from TD so that the schedule is as favorable as possible.
All pool games will be 70 min and finish the inning. Can end in a tie.
All bracket games will be 75 min and finish the inning. Must have a winner. 
No inning will be played out after time has expired if one team cannot atleast tie.
6 runs max per half inning
Run Rule – 10 after 3 - 8 after 4 – 7 after 5.
You can bat 9, 10 or the entire lineup.
Courtesy runner can be last batted out for catcher & pitcher
International Tie Breaker - Last batter from previous inning goes to 2nd base, 1 out, no count on batter. If the game goes another inning then it will start with bases loaded and 2 outs.

Noise Makers:
The use of airhorns, sirens or any other type of instruments that make a loud, shrill noise that could be confused with safety warnings for weather related issues are prohibited. Artificial noises, defined as any noise not associated with yelling or clapping must cease when the batter enters the batter's box, or the pitcher toes the rubber, whichever comes first. 


Facility Rules:
NO Dogs or any animals, NO overnight vehicles/RV’s allowed at the tournament sites
$15 Daily Gate Fee for EVERYONE above 18 except 3 coaches and players!
No metal spikes, no seeds of any kind, no bubble gum.
Outside food and drinks ARE allowed
No pets unless you have service papers
Celina Location - No hanging items on the net behind home plate. Please bring a tripod. 
No Alcohol


Tournament Breakdown:
4 Pool Games and then teams are broken into 3 single elimination brackets.
Rings for bracket finalists and champions
MVP rings for pool play games
Coin flip for home team in pool play
Higher seed in bracket is home team
Seeding goes off of in order - record, head to head, runs allowed, runs scored


Rain Policy:
All complexes are full turf! However, lightning and continuous rain could be an issue.
No games played 100% refund
1 game played 75% refund
2 games played 50% refund
3 or more games played – No refund
