Team insurance MUST be uploaded by payment deadline & NCS MUST be named as additional insured.

***Insurance is also available for purchase through NCS if needed***

If your insurance is not approved by Friday at 5pm there will be a $30 charge to buy a weekend policy for the event, 9 times out of 10 the issue, NCS isn't named as an additional insured on the bottom left-hand corner on your policy. Call your insurance provider and ask them to have NCS added as an additional insured, then upload to your team page.

This is an MVP Event a player from each team will receive an MVP Award in each game!

Umpires pick MVP.

UMPIRE FEES: $50. Per game, (Pool & Bracket) - 

RULES: NCF FASTPITCH -Rule Clarifications & Modifications: 

Pool Games:  

Pool game matchups are pre-determined 

Pool games are 60 minutes, finish the inning

Pool games can end in a tie  

Free Defensive Subs (Declare all batting line up changes) 

Courtesy runner must be a sub, NO SUB GO TO LAST BATTED OUT

Run Rule:  # runs as agreed by coaches or Max 6 Runs per 1/2 inning in pool play 

Umpires must collect line-ups for all games 

Umpire Fees - $50 per team, per game 

Bracket Games: 

Bracket game matchups are seeded by points (then by registration date if no points). Random Draw may be uses at TD's digression. 

Bracket games are 70 minutes, finish the inning - up to 7 innings 

Bracket games cannot end in a tie - International tiebreaker rule applies 

Run Rule: 12 Runs after 2 Innings: 10 Runs after 3: and 8 Runs after 4 Innings in bracket play (10u thru 18u)

(8u Run Rules: as 15 Runs after 2 Innings 10 after 3, 8 Runs after 4 Innings 

*CAN BAT THE ENTIRE LINEUP 

Courtesy runner must be a sub for pitcher/catcher. No sub–GO TO LAST BATTED OUT

*ITB Last Out goes to 2nd base, we start with 0 OUT, 0 count on All batters.

IF Game is a 3-inning game. $50 PAP ITB starts at inning #4.

All rosters are locked on the Friday evening prior to the event at 10:00 pm

PROTEST

ARE $150, WIN YOUR PROTEST, GET YOUR MONEY BACK 

Ineligible Players

A team will take a 7-0 Forfeit, and the player will be removed from the Tournament. The Head Coach will not be allowed to coach or attend the next game.

Protest must be made before the Game is over. 

Coaches it is your responsibility to have your birth certificates handy in case your player gets protested. 

ZERO TOLERANCE BEHAVIOR POLICY 

Your coaches Player and fans must behave in sportsmanly like behavior

(Cursing, arguing, fighting, disruptions will result in removal for the property including the parking lot)

No Alcohol/No Pets/No Glass

Refunds/Rain out Policy:

*NO REFUNDS AFTER THE SCHEDULE IS OUT* Schedule Release is on Wednesday before your event 

No games played 100% refund.

1 game played 50% refund.

2 GAMES PLAYED NO REFUND

*If 2nd game has started and gets canceled due to rain, no refund. 

*If the Tournament cancels you may transfer your entry fee to another event. presented by Daniel Saba or Abigail Saba.  f paid on the NCS Website, Refunds will have a processing fee of $25 dollars. Zelle has no refund fees.

*Bracket Awards will be given based on Bracket results with the Top 2 seeds in the Winners Bracket in all brackets. 

Weather delays: They can occur for lightning/severe weather.  TD reserves the right to alter time limit and format to a 

 Tournament to stay on schedule in the event of severe weather.

Open event Entries are accumulating Point towards Nation Championship qualifier and Cash payout 

This is a points competition, that will award paid berth to Las Vagas plus $500.00 in travel assistance. The points race will be updated Mondays upon the completion of our tournaments. Tournament winners will receive exclusive "Race to Vagas Champions Rings.

*Please keep in mind locations can change, based on the total of teams or weather. Be prepared to play in a 45min radius in the Baton Rouge area.
