*MVP Award to the winner in the Championship Game in every division.

This is an MVP Event a player from each team will receive an MVP Award in each game!

Umpires will award MVP upon the conclusion of each game.

Division will be split with 8-10+ teams

2 60-minute games Finish Batter, CAN END IN A TIE

6 runs per half or runs agreed upon by coaches at plate meeting

Home team in Ship will be in Winners Bracket

70-minute finish the inning, MUST HAVE A WINNER

Courtesy runner must be a sub for pitcher/catcher. No sub–GO TO LAST BATTED OUT

*ITB Last Out goes to 2nd base, We start with 0 OUT, 0-0 count on All batters.

PROTEST

ARE $200, WIN YOUR PROTEST, GET YOUR MONEY BACK

PLAYER ELIGIBILITY PROTEST, (Ineligible Player/Players will result in) The team will take a 7-0 Forfeit, and the player will be removed from the Tournament. The Head Coach will be gone for the next game. Protest must be made before the Game is over. Coaches it is your responsibility to have your birth certificates handy in case your player gets protested. 

ZERO TOLERANCE BEHAVIOR POLICY

No Alcohol/No Pets/No Glass

Refunds/Rain out Policy:

*NO REFUNDS AFTER THE SCHEDULE IS OUT*

No games played 100% refund.

1 game played 50% refund.

2 GAMES PLAYED NO REFUND

*If 2nd game has started and gets canceled due to rain, no refund. 

*If the Tournament cancels you may transfer your entry fee to another Event in the Race to Vagas Series. If paid on the NCS Website, Refunds will have a processing fee of $25 dollars. Zelle has no refund fees.

SEEDING:

**If we cannot continue due to weather and all teams have played 2 games, awards will be giving out. 

*Pool Awards will be given based on Pool results if bracket has not started due to Weather. 

*Bracket Awards will be given based on Bracket results with the Top 2 seeds in the Winners Bracket in all brackets. 

Weather delays:

They can occur for lightning/severe weather.  The Director reserves the right to alter time limit and or format to a 

1 Day Single Elimination Tournament to stay on schedule in the event of severe weather. 

INSURANCE:

Team insurance MUST be uploaded by payment deadline & NCS MUST be named as additional insured.

***Insurance is also available for purchase through NCS if needed***

If your insurance is not approved by Friday at 5pm there will be a $30 charge to buy a weekend policy for the event, 9 times out of 10 the issue, NCS isn't named as an additional insured on the bottom left-hand corner on your policy. Call your insurance provider and ask them to have NCS added as an additional insured, then upload to your team page.

Teams MUST have a minimum of 8 players on Roster.

All rosters are locked on the Friday evening prior to the event at 10:00 pm

*Please keep in mind locations can change, based on the total of teams or weather. Be prepared to play in a 45min radius in the Baton Rouge area.
