This is a Pay at the Plate (PAP) event. Game will not start until both umpires are paid.

*If a new inning starts, we will start with the Bases Loaded last 3 outs starting on 3rd base in order 3,2,1. We will have 2 outs and a full count to All batters

Divisions may sell out prior to the payment deadline.  1st to Pay, 1st to play. 

The number of available spots in a division may fluctuate depending on the needs of all divisions that share the same field size.

Gate Fee

$10 per person 13 and up

3 coaches and all players get in free.

Protests are $100. Win your protest and you will get your money back.

RUN RULE 12 after 3 innings, 10 after 4 innings and 8 after 5 innings.

OFFICIAL SPECTATOR CODE OF CONDUCT

CHEER FOR YOUR TEAM. RESPECT THE GAME. LET THE PLAYERS PLAY.

Crown Series Tournaments is committed to providing a competitive, positive, and family-friendly environment for every athlete, coach, official, and spectator.

All spectators are expected to conduct themselves with respect and good sportsmanship throughout the event.

SPECTATOR EXPECTATIONS

1. Positive Cheering: Cheer for your team and encourage your players. Negative comments, taunting, or harassment directed toward opposing players, coaches, or spectators are prohibited.
2. Respect Game Officials: Verbal abuse, intimidation, harassment, or confrontations with umpires will not be tolerated. Only authorized coaches may approach officials regarding game-related rulings.
3. Respect All Athletes: These are youth athletes competing in a competitive environment. Personal criticism, ridicule, or intimidation of any player is strictly prohibited.
4. Appropriate Language: Profanity directed toward players, coaches, officials, tournament staff, or spectators is prohibited.
5. No Confrontations: Threatening behavior, physical altercations, aggressive gestures, or attempts to intimidate others will result in immediate removal from the facility.
6. Respect Tournament Personnel: All spectators must comply with reasonable instructions from tournament directors, umpires, and authorized facility personnel.

ZERO-TOLERANCE ENFORCEMENT

Crown Series Tournaments reserves the right to enforce the following disciplinary measures:

FIRST OFFENSE: Verbal warning issued to the spectator. The team’s head coach may also be notified.

SECOND OFFENSE: Immediate removal from the facility for the remainder of the tournament.

SEVERE MISCONDUCT: Threats, fighting, intimidation, or particularly abusive behavior may result in immediate removal without warning.

FAILURE TO COMPLY: Refusal to leave the facility when directed may result in suspension of play, involvement of law enforcement, and additional disciplinary action consistent with applicable NCS rules.

Tournament management reserves the right to remove any spectator whose conduct threatens the safety, integrity, or positive atmosphere of the event.

Do I need team insurance?

Yes, if you did not buy your policy through National Championship Sports you must add NCS (entity below) as an additionally insured.

You can do this free of charge by contacting your insurance provider. You must upload your insurance to your team profile before the event and it turn green, if it doesn’t turn green, you’ll be charged $30 to cover it.

All coaches that will be inside the dugout or on the field must be background checked through NCS.

Rosters MUST be online no exceptions, players may appear on coaches’ side and not public view, all players will have a timestamp from when they were added to the roster.

Failure to have players listed online could cause your team to be protested, at which point all players not listed will become ineligible.
