SUMMER SHOWDOWN *$175 Entry*

***PLEASE BE ADVISED WE HAVE A MAX AMOUNT OF 30 TOTAL TEAMS WE CAN ACCEPT AND WE ARE APPROVING TEAMS BASED ON FIRST TO PAY.  PAY NOW TO MAKE SURE YOUR TEAM SECURES THEIR SPOT.***

*1st 2 PAID teams in each age division will get a $75 refund at check in, giving them a $100 entry fee!

Entry fee deadline is May 11th, however we recommend paying as soon as possible to make sure you get in as we will have a limited amount of spots.  Entry fee can be paid with Venmo= @kellyepma or PayPal= kellyepma@gmail.com.  **When paying by PayPal, please make sure to send as friends and family so there is no fee.  You will be responsible for paying the fee if incurred.  Make sure to note your team name and age division when sending payment.

*Blind draw at check in for bracket position.

*Gate Fee: $7 daily

*Teams will be required to have their roster listed online and also turned in at check in.  No write in rosters will be accepted.  Teams will also be required to show proof of insurance at check in.

*Pay at the Plate Fees:

$35 Pool / $45 Bracket

- Courtesy runner for pitchers and catchers MUST be a sub. If you do not have a sub, you do not have a courtesy runner.

-Team must be ready to play 20 minutes prior to scheduled game time.  We will start games early if we can.

**Tournament Director has the right to change the format to make sure the tournament is completed on time.  If the tournament format is changed and reaches completion, no refunds.

Concessions on site.  No coolers or outside food and drinks are allowed.

No pets are allowed in the complex per city ordinance.

Awards:

1st Place & 2nd Place teams will be awarded RINGS!

*Rain-Out Information

0 games played = full refund

1 game played = 50% refund

2 games played = 25% refund

3 or more games played = NO refund

**A game started is a game played

*No refunds for dropping after the entry deadline.
