1st Annual 14u NCS Super Regional

- THIS EVENT WILL HAVE GAMES AND A COLLEGE CAMP FRIDAY EVENING (9 JULY);

-  STAY SAFE - PLAY SAFE COVID-19 PROCEDURES FOR THIS EVENT WILL BE SHARED WITH ALL COACHES & MANAGERS TO SHARE WITH TEAM'S & PARENTS;

- THIS IS A NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP SPORTS (NCS) SUPER REGIONAL TOURNAMENT WITH COLLEGE COACHES ATTENDING THE 16 & 18U GAMES 

-  DATES: JULY 9-11;

-  LOCATIONS: HUBER RANCH-FOUR PLEX/CAMP COMAL, NEW BRUANFELS;

-  ENTRY FEE 14U ($215) 

- THIS TOURNAMENT IS SPONSOR BY BOWNETS!       

- GREAT TOURNAMENT WITH LONGER GAMES;

- ENTRY FEE NOT DUE UNTIL JUNE OF 2021;

- FAMILY FRIENDLY SOFTBALL COMPLEX FOR THE ENTIRE FAMILY;

- Teams are approved when payment is received; 

- Concessions on site;

- NOT A STAY TO PLAY EVENT;

- NO OUTSIDE FOOD/drinks allowed in the complex; 

TOURNAMENT SPECIFICS:

5-GG; (3- SEEDED POOL GAMES INTO SINGLE ELMINAITON.

-  Pool games: 1:30 Minutes finish the batter; 

-  Bracket games: 1:30) finish the innings;

-  Pay at the Plate $55;

- Run Rule: 10 after 3 innings 8 after 4 innings and 6 after 5 innings; 

- ITB Bases Loaded 2-outs;

- UIC & TD on site;

- Each team while on defense will use their team balls (Bucket per team for defense only due to COVID-19);

- ROSTER MUST BE TURNED IN AT CHECK-IN: 

- Home team keeps official book

RAIN POLICY:

- Full refund if event is canceled;
- In case of Inclement weather teams will receive full refund if NO games are played;
- Two or more games played no money will be refunded;
