8th Annual Angels in the Outfield Christmas Classic

Sunday am update: we had an error on the bracket online  in a win/loss result last night for a 7pm game in 14u.  We have remedied that as of 6:55 am.  

1pm Friday Update:  the light rain has passed and the fields look great.  I walked them all.  The sun is shining!  Safe travels and we will see you all tonight and tomorrow!  

Any weather updates will be made here!  Please ask your parents to try and not call or text me today about weather as we are super busy.  I will however update this site promptly with any updates as necessary.  

Our T-shirt vendor, Gimme Dat, will be in attendance.   Tourney shirts are $25

UPDATE:  11/30 - 4 PM

12U/14U - some teams will have pool play Friday night.  games will be at 6:30, 7:30 or 8:30 p.m.  if you play friday night, you will play both pool games that night.  

I have sent several emails to the coaches about this schedule.  This is a must due to the size of the tournament.  

THERE ARE NO FRIDAY POOL GAMES FOR 10U IN GEORGETOWN.  

COACHES CHECK-IN WILL BE MOSTLY VIRTUAL - ALL ROSTERS MUST BE SUBMITTED ONLINE WITHIN NCS SITE NO LATER THAN FRIDAY PM AT 11:59.  THIS ROSTER

WILL BE LOCKED FOR BRACKET PLAY.

WHEN YOU ARRIVE, PLEASE STOP BY COACHES CHECK-IN NEAR SOFTBALL GATE ENTRANCE FOR COACHES WRISTBANDS AND TO DRAW FOR BRACKET POSITIONING.

EACH TEAM WILL BE GIVEN 3 COACHES BANDS.  (IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN THREE COACHES, YOU WILL NEED TO PURCHASE WEEKEND BANDS FOR THOSE EXTRA COACHES.)

Entry fees for spectators -  ACCEPTING CASH ONLY!!!

Pool Games -- $40 ump fee
55-minute, finish the batter
5-run limit per half inning
Free subs
Coin toss will determine home team for each game.

Double-Elimination Bracket --$45 ump fee
75-minute, finish the inning.
ITB rule in effect (BASES LOADED, 1 OUT)
Mercy rule is 10 after 3, 8 after 4, 6 after 5.
NCS RULES APPLY
NO IF-GAME         
Coin toss will determine home team for all bracket games.
