SUMMER SHOWDOWN *$175 Entry*

*1st 2 PAID teams in each age division will get a $75 refund at check in, giving them a $100 entry fee!  Must have a minimum of 8 teams in the division for the discount.

Payment deadline is May 22nd, however, we recommend paying as soon as possible to make sure you get in as we will have a limited amount of spots.  Entry fee can be paid with Venmo= @kellyepma or Cash App= $kellyepma.  Make sure to note your team name and age division when sending payment.

Age Division Complex Assignments:

Crossroads Complex Softball Side - 12U & 18U

Crossroads Complex Baseball Side- 8U, 10U & 14U

*14U moves over to the softball side on Sunday

*Blind draw at check in for bracket position.

*Gate Fee: $10 daily / $15 weekend pass

*Teams will be required to have their roster listed online.  No write in rosters will be accepted.  Teams will also be required to have team insurance loaded online.

*Pay at the Plate Fees:

$35 Pool / $45 Bracket

*Pool Games

- (2) 55 minute, drop dead

- 4 runs per half inning

- Pool games can end in a tie

- Unlimited substitutions

- No line-ups needed

*Bracket

- 70 minute, finish the inning

- Double Elimination bracket 

- DP/FLEX and 1 EH is allowed in the same line-up

- Unlimited runs per half for 10u, 12U, 14U and 18U

- Run rule: 12, 10, 8 after 3, 4, 5

- ITB: runner at 2nd and 3rd, 1 out

- Courtesy runner for pitchers and catchers MUST be a sub. If you do not have a sub, you do not have a courtesy runner.

-Teams must be ready to play 20 minutes prior to scheduled game time.  We will start games early if we can.

*8U ONLY Rules:

- 5 pitches or 3 strikes

- 5 runs per half inning

- Coach Pitcher must have one foot on the pitching rubber

- Runners can leave the base at the release of the pitch

- No infield fly rule

- No look back rule

- No dropped 3rd strike

- Play is stopped when the lead runner is stopped

- Can have a max of 10 defensive players (4 in the outfield)

*Tournament Director has the right to change the format to make sure the tournament is completed on time.

*Concessions on site.  No coolers or outside food and drinks are allowed.

*No pets are allowed in the complex per city ordinance.

*Awards:

1st Place & 2nd Place teams will be awarded RINGS!

0 games played = full refund

1 game played = 50% refund

2 games played = 25% refund

3 or more games played = NO refund
