Entry fee deadline is April 5th, however we recommend paying as soon as possible to make sure you get in as we will have a limited amount of spots.  Entry fee payments can be made by Venmo - @kellyepma or by CashApp - $kellyepma

*Blind draw at check in for bracket position.

*Gate Fee: $7 daily

*Teams will be required to have their roster listed online and also turned in at check in.  No write in rosters will be accepted.  Teams will also be required to have their team insurance loaded online.

*Pay at the Plate Fees:

$35 Pool / $45 Bracket

*Pool Games

- (2) 55 minute, drop dead

- 4 runs per half inning

- Pool games can end in a tie

- Unlimited substitutions

*Bracket

- 70 minute, finish the inning

- Double Elimination bracket 

- DP/FLEX and 1 EP is allowed in the same line-up

- Unlimited runs per half

- Run rule: 12, 10, 8, 6 after 2, 3, 4, 5

- ITB: runner at 2nd and 3rd, 1 out

- Courtesy runner for pitchers and catchers MUST be a sub. If you do not have a sub, you do not have a courtesy runner.

-Team must be ready to play 20 minutes prior to scheduled game time.  We will start games early if we can.

**Tournament Director has the right to change the format to make sure the tournament is completed on time.  If the tournament format is changed and reaches completion, no refunds.

Concessions on site.  No coolers or outside food and drinks are allowed.

No pets are allowed in the complex per city ordinance.

Awards:

1st Place & 2nd Place teams will be awarded RINGS!

*Rain-Out Information

0 games played = full refund

1 game played = 50% refund

2 games played = 25% refund

3 or more games played = NO refund

**A game started is a game played

*No refunds for dropping after the entry deadline.
