Entry Fees

• 8u-12u=$300
• 14u-18u=$400 

         No PAP

Gate Fee

• $10 gate fee per day 
• $15 weekend pass
• 12 years and under free

Game info

• 4GG
• 2 pool 
• Double elimination
• Seeded bracket
• 60 minute pool games finish the batter
• 70 minute brackets
• No "IF" Games

Pool play = finish the batter, allowed 5 runs per half inning

Bracket play = finish inning, no run limit, must get 3 outs

Run Rules = 15 after 2, 12 after 3, 10 after 4

Protests are $100. Win your protest you will get your money back.

Seed determines home field advantage throughout bracket play

Schedules

Please use the "schedule request" tab on the event info. We will try our best to accommodate any and all request. 

There will be a $50 withdrawal fee if schedules have posted and are requesting to be removed!!!

Awards

• Rings and Banners 1st & 2nd place in each age group.
• Team costume Contest 1st place $150 2nd place $100

• All tournament fees are due before the first game.

Refund Policy

In the case of cancelation due to weather of any sorts preventing us to continue will be eligible for the following credits:

• zero games started 100% credit 
• one game started 50% credit 
• two games started 25% credit 
• three games started 0% credit 

Insurance

If you did not buy your policy through NCS please contact your insurance carrier and have them add the following as additional insured 

and upload it to your team login.
