3 Tournaments; 4 age groups (8U – 14U)


Each tournament 5gg

Umpires: 

4Flames Format:

4 seeded pool (80-minute games; finish inning) to single elimination (70 minutes +one full inning) bracket.

5 Inning Championship Games

$50 PAP


**8U 5gg, 75-minute games throughout**


5 runs/half inning in pool play

Run Rule 10/8/6  3/4/5

Higher Seed Home Team Through Bracket


Rings for Champions and Runners Up In Each Stage

GRAND Prize (entry fees refunded and shirts) for Challenge Series Winners.

Earn points for all games in all phases. 

Must participate in all three events to be eligible for Grand Prize package.

Participate in all three and the third is free (must sign up and pay for at the same time) 

$200 entry fee; 8U $100

Payment must be made prior to team being confirmed in tournament.  Acceptance will be based on timestamp of paid entry.


Gate Fee: $8/day; $10/weekend


No refunds after entry deadline (10 days prior to event.)  Requests for refunds must be sent to 4flamesathletics@gmail.com by 5:00pm on the day of the entry deadline. 


Weather Policies:

If only one game is played you will be refunded 70% of entry fee.

If two games are played you will be refunded 40% of the entry fee.

If 3 or more games are played there is no refund.


Game started is a game played.
