INVITE THE GRANDPARENTS, UNCLES, AUNTS, COUSINS, AND FRIENDS to cheer on your team!!!!

Local teams will play Friday!!!

Goal is to have 1st pitch at 3pm on Friday, but could start as early as 1pm.  

Please have 3 Game Balls 

Hosted in Allen Texas on All Turf Fields!!!  Outfield and Infield 

Rings to the Champion and Finalist 

Metals to the 1st and 2nd Tournament

5gg Single Elimination Bracket -- 4 Pool games leading into single elimination bracket

3 day tournament - Tournament will start Friday

$50 Pay at the Plate

Tournament Format

    • Game Times will be set at 60 minutes
    • Pool games will Drop Dead at 60 minutes
    • Bracket games will Finish the Inning
    • Bracket seeding based on pool play unless noted by event director
    • Four Pool Games Seeded into Single Elimination Bracket

    Pay at the Plate will be $50

    • Run Rule:
    •  6 runs per inning during Pool Play
    •  Pool Play Mercy Rule:  12/10/8  after 3/4/5 complete innings
    •  8 runs per inning during Bracket Play
    •  Bracket Play Mercy Rule:  Leading by 16 after 2 complete innings

Bracket Play - Tie Breaker Rules - If a Bracket Game ends in a Tie

Modified "California Rules" will be played  (max two (2) innings if needed)

  • Each Team starts with one out.
  • Last recorded out will start on 2nd.
  • Each batter starts with a full count (2 Strikes and 3 Balls)
  • If no winner is declared after one inning a second inning will be played

If after the two inning of Modified "California Rules" no winner is declared the Game will go into "Sudden Victory" Format

  • Managers of both teams meet at Homeplate with the umpires
    •  Umprie will flip with home team (higher seed) choosing Heads or Tails
    • Coin flip winner chooses to play offense or defense
  • The offense will start with two (2) outs
    • The last batted out on third base with bases loaded
    • The offense will follow its batting order used throughout the game
    • Each batter will start with a full count (2 Strikes and 3 Balls)
  • Winner will be declared: 
    • If the offense scores before the defense can get an out.  The offense is declared the winner, or
    • If the defense records and out before the offense can score.  The Defense is declared the winner

  • Athletes that want to be tested and scores posted in ODM database for colleges can pay seperately

Rainout Policy -- if a team starts 1 game a 50% refund will be available. If a team starts 2 games no refund will be available. If the event is cancelled prior to the tournament starting or teams don’t start a game, a 100% refund will be available"
