This tournament is a 5 Game Guarantee!  Low team entry fee of $175!  All games played at the beautiful Crossroads Park in Temple, TX!

Tournament Format:

3 seeded pool games into Double Elimination bracket

*Payment deadline is August 23rd, however, we recommend paying as soon as possible to make sure your team gets in as we will have a limited amount of spots.  Once we have reached our max amount of total teams, all other teams will be placed on a waiting list.  Teams will be accepted on a first to pay basis.  Entry fee can be paid with Venmo= @YepmaSports or Cash App= $YepmaSports.  Make sure to note your team name and age division when sending payment.

*Teams will be required to have their roster listed online.  No write in rosters will be accepted.  Teams will also be required to have team insurance loaded online.  If your team does not have team insurance loaded online by 8/29 you will need to pay additional $25 to cover the NCS fee.  If you are able to get the insurance loaded before the tournament, your $25 will be refunded back to you.

*Pay at the Plate Fees:

$45 Pool / $50 Bracket (8U-18U)

*Pool Games

- 70 minute, finish the inning (8U-18U)

- Games can end in a tie, no ITB

- Same line-up rules as bracket

*Bracket

- 80 minute, finish the inning (8U-18U)

- Double Elimination bracket 

- Higher seeded team has choice of home or visitor in Winners Bracket ONLY.  Losers bracket will be a coin flip for home / visitor

- DP/FLEX and 1 EH is allowed in the same line-up

- Unlimited runs per half for 10U, 12U and 14U

- Run rule: 12, 10, 8 after 3, 4, 5

- ITB: runner at 2nd and 3rd, 1 out

- Courtesy runner for pitchers and catchers MUST be a sub. If you do not have a sub, you do not have a courtesy runner.

-Teams must be ready to play 20 minutes prior to scheduled game time.  We will start games early if we can.

*8U ONLY Rules:

- 5 pitches or 3 strikes

- 5 runs per half inning

- Coach Pitcher must have one foot on the pitching rubber

- Runners can leave the base at the release of the pitch

- No infield fly rule

- No look back rule

- No dropped 3rd strike

- Play is stopped when the lead runner is stopped

- Can have a max of 10 defensive players (4 in the outfield)

*Gate Fee:

$10 daily / $15 weekend pass

*Tournament Director has the right to change the format to make sure the tournament is completed on time.

*Only adults that have performed a background check through the NCS Risk Management System are allowed in the dugout or on the field at an NCS Fastpitch event.

*Concessions on site.  No coolers or outside food and drinks are allowed in the complex.

*No pets are allowed in the complex per city ordinance.

1st Place & 2nd Place teams will be awarded (13)RINGS!

*Rain-Out Information:

0 games played = full refund minus $10 admin fee

1 game played = $100 refund

2 games played = $50 refund

3 or more games played = NO refund
