4 seeded pool (80-minute games; finish inning) to single elimination (65 minutes +one full inning) bracket.
5 Inning Championship Games
$50 PAP

Payment must be made prior to team being confirmed in tournament. Acceptance will be based on timestamp of paid entry.
Gate Fee: $8/day; $10/weekend
No refunds after entry deadline (10 days prior to event.) All refunds are subject to a 20% administration fee. Requests for refunds must be sent to 4flamesathletics@gmail.com by 5:00pm on the day of the entry deadline.
Weather Policies:
If only one game is played you will be refunded 70% of entry fee.
If two games are played you will be refunded 40% of the entry fee.
If 3 or more games are played there is no refund.
Game started is a game played.
