If we have enough teams we will play the 2 Pool games and divide the bracket into DIAMOND, GOLD, AND SILVER brackets based off pool seeding. 8 TEAM MIN TO SPLIT BRACKETS into a Diamond or Gold Bracket. With 12 teams we will add a SILVER bracket.

Rain out policy

No games played 100% refund

1 game played 75% refund

2 games played 50% refund

When paying with a credit card or debit card there will

be a 4% processing fee. This fee is not refundable and

not able to be applied as a credit. The processing fee

is a convenience fee paid to the credit card processor. 

Request Refund:

All credit transfers and refunds must be initiated by the

customer by completing either the transfer form or the

refund form. 

All refunds will have a $50 administrative fee applied.

2 GAMES PLAYED NO REFUND

2 games played no refund. awards will be given based off pool results

If all teams play their 2 pool games no refund. Awards will be given based on Pool results

• No RV’s or trailers of any kind in the park (ex. Box trailer, utility trailer, cargo trailer). It is within city ordinance for these vehicles to be ticketed now, so please stress to your teams on NO trailers or RV’s.
• No seeds, shelled nuts, or gum at the park.
• No metal spike cleats. Only molded cleats or turf shoes.
• No cameras, phones, GoPros, or any other technical equipment hanging on, tied to, or otherwise attached to the backstop netting.
• Teams or patrons at the park cannot bring a grill or any heated cooking surface to cook on in our park or parking lot. No unapproved fires on park premises allowed, this includes fire pits and grills.
