Spring Break Bash (5GG)

Entry fee deadline is March 4th. Please pay as soon as possible to secure your spot. We will have a limited number of spots.  Payment can be made by PayPal to nicanor.ruiz@yahoo.com.  Please make sure to send as "Friends and Family" so there is not a fee charged. *Blind draw at check-in for bracket position*

*Gate Fee: $10 daily; $15 weekend; CASH ONLY*

*Each team will be given three (3) coaches wristbands and one (1) Team cooler wristband*

*Teams will be required to have their roster listed online. Roster will be freeze on Friday March 15. No write in rosters will be accepted. Team insurance must be loaded on NCS website. If your team does not have NCS insurance, your team will need to pay an additional $30 per NCS insurance policy*

*Pay at the Plate Fees:

$40 Pool / $45 Bracket for 8U

$40 Pool / $50 Bracket for 10U-14U

*Pool Games

- (3) 55 minutes, drop dead for 8U-14U

- 4 runs per half inning

- Pool games can end in a tie

- Unlimited substitutions

*Bracket

65 minute, finish the inning for 8U

- 75 minute, finish the inning for 10U-14U

- Double Elimination bracket 

- Unlimited runs per half

- Bat entire lineup; Lineup required

- Run rule: 12, 10, 8, 6 after 2, 3, 4, 5

- ITB: runner at 2nd and 3rd, 1 out

- Courtesy runner for pitchers and catchers is a sub; If no subs, you cannot courtesy runner for pitchers and catchers.

-Team must be ready to play 20 minutes prior to scheduled game time.  We will start games early if we can.

**Tournament Director has the right to change the format to make sure the tournament is completed on time.  If the tournament format is changed and reaches completion, there are no refunds**

Concessions will be on site.  No coolers or outside food and drinks are allowed. Water jugs/bottles are allowed for all athletes.

No pets are allowed in the complex per city ordinance.

1st Place & 2nd Place teams will be awarded RINGS!
