ALL TEAMS MUST…
  1. BE REGISTERED AND SANCTION THEIR TEAMS WITH NCS FOR THE CURRENT 2023-2024 SEASON.
  2. UPLOAD AND SUBMIT A COPY OF TEAM INSURANCE OR PAY $20.
  3. COMPLETE AND UPDATED ONLINE PLAYER ROSTERS

  4. SUBMIT ENTRY FEE PAYMENT BY NO LATER THAN MONDAY BEFORE TOURNAMENT DATE.

3-4 GG TEAM ENTRY FEE:

  • $100.00 + PAP, If paid BEFORE MONDAY, MAY 27, 2024.

  • $150.00 + PAP, If paid AFTER MONDAY, MAY 27, 2024.

  • Payment Deadline is No Later Than Monday before Tournament Date. However, we recommend paying as soon as possible to reserve your spot. As we will have a limited number of spots available per division.

  • 8 teams max per division

UMPIRE FEE PER GAME / PER TEAM:

  • 6u-8u: 
    60 Minute Pool Games, Drop Dead, Finish The Batter,     PAP $30 per game
    75 Minute Bracket Games, No New Inning After 70 Minutes, PAP $40 per game

  • 10u-18u:
    60 Minute Pool Games, Drop Dead, Finish The Batter, PAP $40 per game
    75 Minute Bracket Games, No New Inning After 70 Minutes, PAP $50 per game

GAME BALLS PROVIDED:

  • We provide up to 3 NCS game balls per game.

  • Once the provide NCS game balls are exhausted, lost or not returned, teams must provide their own game balls.

  • We ask coaches to have their players and fans help retrieve the foul balls to keep the game going without any delays.

  • If foul balls don't come back, Coaches will need to start providing their own game balls to replace the 3 NCS game balls and to finish up the game. 

  • Coaches, please help us retrieve the foul balls to keep the game going without any delays.

GENERAL ADMISSION:

  • DAILY PASS:  $10.00

  • Wristbands must be worn at all times.

  • Broken wristbands will not be honored to re-enter park.

  • 3 Coaches per Team and Uniformed Players enter for free.

TOURNAMENT FORMAT:

  • 1 Day Tournament

  • Saturday: 6U, 8U, 10U

  • Sunday:  12U, 14U

  • 3-4 Game Guarantee

  • 1-2 Pool Games Seeded By NCS Points into Double Elimination Bracket Games

  • Morning: 1-2 Pool Games

  • Afternoon:  Double Elimination Bracket Games

  • Evening:  Championship Game

POOL &/OR BRACKET GAMES:

  • All teams must be available and ready to play at any time from Friday at 5:00 pm to Sunday at 10:00 pm.

  • All games must start at their scheduled times unless otherwise approved by one of the tournament directors.

  • Teams should be ready to play 15 minutes prior to game scheduled time.

  • Game Clock starts at the conclusion of the plate meeting.

VENUE RESTRICTIONS:

  • No Metal Cleats or Metal Spikes are allowed on any turf surfaces.

  • No Food &/or Drinks of any kind are allowed on any turf playing field, turf playing dugouts, and turf portable pitching mounds.

  • No Smoking, Smokeless/Chewing Tobacco, and/or Cigarettes/E-Cigarettes are allowed in any of the tournament parks and/or venues.  

  • No Outside Food &/Or Drinks are allowed into the tournament venues.

  • No Ice Chests are allowed into the tournament venues.

  • As much as we would like to allow it, we have tried to do so in the past and it has gotten out of hand.  However, players are allowed to take one personal jug or container in with them.  Must be the player bringing in the personal container and not the parent.

FOOD & DRINKS:

  • No outside food, drink, or coolers permitted in park premises.

PETS:

  • No pets allowed into the venues.

ALL TEAMS MUST SUBMIT PAYMENT, UPDATE ONLINE PLAYER ROSTERS, AND UPLOAD TEAM INSURANCE:

  • Submit Entry Fee Payment in Full by No Later than Monday prior to the event date.  All NCS Events are Pay First/Play First.

  • Please Complete and Update Online Player Roster. All coaches are responsible for filling out an online player roster.  Rosters are available until Friday at 11:59 PM. Please submit your rosters as soon as possible. Players that do not have signed waivers by the cutoff are not eligible to play!

  • Please Upload and Submit a Copy of Team Insurance Policy. If you did not buy your policy through National Championship Sports, you must add NCS (entity below) as an additionally insured. You can do this free of charge by contacting your insurance provider. All insurance needs to be uploaded online. We are NOT accepting insurance at the event.

CANCELATION OF EVENT:

  • In the event of rain/weather or any act of God canceling the entire tournament, teams will be issued a credit towards a future NCS Texas Premier Tournament.

  • In the event of rain canceling a tournament already in progress, a team may receive partial credit based on the amount of games played.

  • In the event of a paid team canceling prior to tournament, the team will receive credit towards the future NCS Texas Premier Tournament.

  • All deposits and payments are final. No Refunds, Only Credit for a future NCS Texas Premier Tournament.

BEHAVIOR AT THE EVENTS:

  • NCS has a zero tolerance policy towards disrespectful and adverse behavior. Any fan, parent, player &/or coach will be ejected from the event for adverse behavior towards anyone in general.
