Myrtle Beach City Rules for Ned Donkle Athletic Complex & Ashley Booth Field:

No Smoking, Vaping and/or use of tobacco products in gated area of complexes is PROHIBITED.

No outside food or drink allowed in the complex. Grills or open fires are not allowed at any time, including the parking lots.

Pets are not allowed at the City of Myrtle Beach's athletic complexes.

NO littering

NO Climbing on fences, bleachers, trees or railings.

NO throwing or hitting balls of any kind into the fences.

NO bicycles, skateboards, roller blades, golf carts, hover boards, Segway's, scooters allowed in gated areas

Alcoholic beverages of any kind are NOT allowed in the complex and/or parking lots.

Coaches you are responsible for your fans. Abusive language or behavior will not be tolerated. If a parent is asked to leave the facility, the Head Coach goes for that game and the next.

**Make sure your insurance is uploaded and APPROVED on your NCS team page. If your insurance is not approved their will be a $30 charge to buy a policy for the event, to be paid before your first game. 9 times out of 10 the issue is NCS isn't named as an additional insured on your policy. Call your insurance provider and ask them to have NCS added as an additional insured, then upload to your team page.**

Please make sure rosters are online. If a player is protested and found not to be on your roster, the player is removed from the tournament and the head coach goes for that game and the next. The team takes a 7-0 forfeit loss.

Protests are $100. Protest procedure: notify the umpire you want to protest, the umpire will get the onsite TD. Pay the TD $100 before your protest is made. If you win the protest you get your money back. You can not protest a judgment call.

MVP AWARDS FOR THE CHAMPIONSHIP GAMES:

Make sure you get an MVP card at each Championship Game plate meeting from the umpire. Pick a MVP from the opposing team, write her number on the card and give it to her coach. The player will take the card to the onsite TD to receive her MVP Necklace & Trophy.

GAME BALLS:

PROVIDED BY THE TD UMPIRES WILL HAVE THE BALLS AT THE PLATE MEETING

HOMERUNS: Make Sure to mark on the Scoresheet PLAYERS NAME AND NUMBER, they will receive a GONE YARD Coin for every one of the homeruns.

HOMERUN DERBY: Each Age Division will be presented the Diamonds of the Dirt Homerun Derby Champion Trophy
